The spaghetti with meatballs-a BASIC dish, was DRY and HARD. Beyond disappointing. The hostess also provided no help with arranging of the tables when asked for assisstance due to the baby and stroller we had with us. 一連四天復活節假期的第一天，我近7時便起床，就是為了在早上8時餐廳一開門之際，第一個進去試試。夠瘋吧 : )結果我願望實現了，整間餐廳只有我一人。這裡屬半開放式，用上大量的木材，感覺非常開揚非常隨意。我選了最近街的位置，享受著日光，呆呆望著途人在假日早上輕鬆的走過，心情非常愉快。點了一杯Latte(HK$29)，奶泡很厚，香濃美味!French Toast with Banana & Maple Syrup (HK$46)﹕厚厚的多士軟硬適中，帶點煙韌口感，伴以香蕉片和Maple Syrup非常美味，以這個價錢有這個質素、份量和賣相，實在令人非常滿意!想起上次在IFC的St Betty吃過的French Toast賣相/味道平平，卻要索價HK$128，連清水都要HK$25/杯(這裡完全免費)，就更給這餐廳大大加分!這裡還提供免費wifi，真是個好地方，太慶幸今天做了一早起床的決定 : )(聽說這裡最出名的是各式芝士，希望有機會試試)

週日來這裡下午茶，我喜歡喝粉紅玫瑰酒，總認為Rosé是很適合週日飲用的。這杯色澤比較深，聞起上來有士多啤梨的香氣，非常怡人。人口不太酸，充滿花果香，層次分明，餘韻不短，用來配肉類也可以。

It was fairly full when we got there at 7:30. We ordered a bottle of wine to drink first. Then we ordered a spinach salad, lamb with cous cous, baked Camembert and a Wagyu rump steak with fries. The food came and everything was great until the steak arrived. We ordered medium and it was cooked medium but it was extremely chewy. That's funny, especially if it's Wagyu. So we told the waiter and without hesitation they changed it and a fresh order came in 20 minutes. It was nice, tender and juicy

There is no denying that The Classified at Tai Hang is one of my favorite spots for European-styled brunch on lazy Sundays. It is spacious and every little detail has been thoughtfully decorated in a homey way to produce a laidback ambience for lazy people. 五月中旬‧晴約了梁師傅有事商討，早了點來，就在這邊坐下喝杯咖啡，抓緊時間做點文字工作。要了杯黑咖啡，苦，濃，不算好喝。不過環境是最重要的一環，可以舒舒服服的工作，已很不錯。

Classified 的佈署令人感到好free。平時和朋友飲野傾計都會去那裡一坐。coffee，Pizza的味道還可以。今天去就令人有些不滿。六點鐘吧，餐廳還有很多位，只有台坐了一些人。和朋友有些少事情要商量，不想坐大台和別人share。不過雙人台就放了"reserved"的牌。問waitress要又話沒有台。OK，我們只有另到別處。當我們傾完回程，經過間餐廳，埋又係滿是空棹。Reserved by whom?

My husband and I have brunch here on Sundays almost every other week and I was very disappointed by this last visit. I ordered scrambled eggs on sourdough toast and my husband ordered the eggs benedict. We also had a side order of sausages. I picked this place to have dinner with my friend. Environment was nice and comfortable. It is a nice place to have a girl’s talk for whole night. 一行三人在一心前往大坑 kindergarten 高茶, 但最終行動失敗, 弟婦就提意試試 Classified. 我地雖不是芝士魔, 但試試亦無妨 細佬無新意地點他最愛0既可樂, 弟婦點她至愛0既Cappuccino, 而我就要咗一杯 Pina Punch. 弟婦對佢0既Cappuccino 很滿意, 而我0既Pina Punch 只係一般, 下次可以試試其他!嚟到Classified 唔試試芝士好似有點怪怪的, 弟婦睇完成個 Menu 最後叫咗一個 Baked Camembert, 等咗15分鐘, 呢個Baked Camembert 終於嚟到啦, 一個熱辣辣0既圈型芝士併上五件麵包, 細佬急不及待係圈型芝士餅上面切開一個小洞, 然後熱辣辣0既半溶芝士流出嚟, 將芝士加係麵包上面食, 真係好食到停唔到口, 成個芝士實在太多, 最後同waiter 拎多兩件麵包, 先可以將成個芝士沽清! 三個人分享其實足夠有餘, 因為都幾漏 相信我下次再嚟都係為咗你!

I was in Tai Hang one fine afternoon. 今日約左朋友整手作，同佢黎到呢度食少少野同飲杯野。之前經過過呢度，見個環境都好舒服，都有諗過黎試下，不過太多人無位所以未試。今次4點左右無乜人，岩晒。朋友嗌左雞沙律，佢話幾好味。另外嗌左杯Ice Herb Tea，佢話似凍左既廿四味喎。我就叫左杯Hot Chocolate，一般啦。最值得一讚係服務好好，因為雖然我地只係嗌左好少野，但就將張餐枱變成工作枱，仲由4點整到6點，waitress都無炸型，抵讚。係餐廳內完成的作品

If not for the thin and crispy crust, it would have been a cry face, not an OK experience.Overall I feel the place lacks variety, the price definitely does not justify the quality. There are many better alternatives around the area. However since it's Chinese new year and most places are still closed, I thought to myself, well this can't be that bad. Basically the menu has some pasta, pizza, salad and meat dishes, on top of the cheeses and wines. For lunch, pasta + soup or salad is 80 something.
