I picked this place to have dinner with my friend. Environment was nice and comfortable. It is a nice place to have a girl’s talk for whole night. Pasta is penne with smoked duck breast and vegetable in tomato sauce. It was just warm and the penne was not soft enough. It was quite disappointed to me because they just stirred the vegetable with the pasta after boiled. Although I thought the tomato sauce tasted good, it was not acceptable that the vegetable was tasteless.
As an appetizer, the salad was not really good. Vegetables were not fresh, but luckily the sauce was nice, which tasted like pomelo juice. I like the sauce.
We also ordered the English pizza with tomato, mozzarella, spicy sausage and bacon. It was thin and crispy, however it was not hot enough. I preferred pizza is served once after baked. Overall, the pizza tasted good. Even the pizza was getting cooler, it was still brittle.
Although the quality of food was unsatisfied, the drink was excellent. Both of us ordered Apple Julep with fresh apple juice, lime, sugar, mint and ginger ale. I thought the taste of mint makes it special and the decoration looks great. However, I don’t think it is worth $42.
I didn’t try the cheese this time. I may try the dishes with cheese next time but I will only recommend people to come for drink. If you want to have some pasta and pizza, Classified may not be a good place for you.張貼
