An exceptional tuscan cuisine that's worth a special journey. We ordered signature charcoal grilled steaks, beef tartare, burrata cheese, tiramisu, etc. The top quality of ingredients of food and distinct flavours was just melting my tongues and even my heart.Loves the restaurant’s ambience...especially the view from 39 floor. Table set up and spacing is comfortable, maintain some privacy for us for a family dinner. Manager told us that Carna is designed by Joyce Wang, so surprised with this as

Loves the restaurant’s ambience...especially the view from 39 floor. Table set up and spacing is comfortable, maintain some privacy for us for a family dinner. Manager told us that Carna is designed by Joyce Wang, so surprised with this as she's one of my favorite designer personally. Never seen this kind of particularly nice decorated restaurants in HK, feels like the place so charming scenary.

All staff are socialise and makes us feeling relax and chill. Server is proactive and always attend to our needs. I would say they are quite knowledgeable and attentive.

Definitely return to Carna again.

幾個好朋友都鍾意食牛,香港大部份steak house都試過。難得有新開嘅steak house仲係nose-to-nail concept, 梗係要試。餐廳除左裝修得好靚,入到去就好似去左意大利咁。係香港好少有一入到去仲有welcome drink, 聽講serve嗰枝紅酒係餐廳主理butcher - Dario自己釀,係出面無得飲㗎。餐廳嘅麵包太好味,食到唔停到口。今次試左tomato burrata cheese同beef tartar,個tartar係即埸係面前整,好似睇左個表演咁。Main course叫左個sausage同flat iron ,portion好大,4個人都食唔晒。甜品食左Tiramisu係意大利厨師媽媽recipe,真係同出面有啲唔同,個Tiramisu 好大,如果有朋友生日可以做埋生日蛋糕。Overall好滿足的一餐,會再去試埋其他,我仲有好多嘢想食。

A while back, a couple of my friends asked me for steakhouse recommendation in HK and I completely drew a blank. Now with Carna by Dario Cecchini opened, I can tell you that would be my go-to steakhouse in HK going forward. Carna is the latest Italian steakhouse in town, helmed by the legendary butcher from Tuscany, who made world famous for his appearance on Netflix’s Chef’s Table. The sommelier was particularly generous, offering us Campari orange and house-made Sangiovese as we arrived.

At the end of the meal, he paired the complimentary olive cakes with Moscato d’Asti, which was particularly memorable to me as its intriguing elderflower and pear flavour accentuated the sweetness of the olive cakes 🥰.

Dishes that we had:-
🔸Chianti Tartare - One of Carna’s prized specialties as they use the tender rump of beef as opposed to the usual sirloin or tenderloin. The rump gives the tartare some extra texture, not the usual bland lump of minced beef.

剛剛新開既意大利餐廳,因為呢間酒店前身係我地結婚擺酒既地方🤭十年後變成呢間世界number one屠夫Dario合作既餐廳,就黎呢度慶祝我地既十週年紀念。39樓無敵海景呀,裝修氣派得嚟又不失溫馨嘅氣氛,無論係情侶撐枱腳,朋友家人聚會都非常適合。而且呢度好多張枱都睇到海景,座位亦都非常舒適。食物方便,全部都有水準👍食物唔係嗰種用調味刻意營造意大利風味,而係食嘅時候你會覺得,真係一個意大利廚師主煮當地食物既感覺。無論係佢哋welcome drink,餐包,餐前小食。定係佢哋有專人喺你面前即製既牛肉他他,喺你面前係咁刨黑松露嘅意大利飯,(個飯未加黑松露已經好香菇味)一大盤手工既香腸,仲有熟成300日嘅牛扒,(我揀左紅酒汁,好味)令人驚醒嘅牛骨髓肉丸,去自製橙醬汁,罕有見到用摩卡壺煮嘅咖啡,(好少食肆會用摩卡壺,因為都比較麻煩同嘥時間)仲有佢哋嘅tiramisu都好好食👍服務熱情,環境舒服,係一個不錯之選。
