Has been in my to-try-list for some time and I finally got to try it. The environment and view was lovely.Focaccia bread was aromatic but I was impressed by their green salad. Their fig sauce was really appetizing.Now the unlimited appetizers start. Having said that, the appetizers were so full we only ordered few more items for the second round.All their beef items are good but I was impressed by their Burrata Cheese with vegetables, vinegar and pinenuts. Despite the cheese, it was very appetizing due to the vinegar and pinenut aroma.Pasta was unlimited too but we were so full from the appetizers. There were plenty of braised wagyu inside the sauce and the pasta was al dente. For the sauce, my parents loved the flavor but for myself, I felt it was a bit too salty so I guess we all have different preferences.The Angus Cube Roll had lovely grill and aroma to it. The braised rib caught my heart with its tenderness and its lovely flavors from its marination.Tiramisu is not unlimited but the server some how guessed I was a dessert fanatic and gave me a large scoopService here was lovely and looking forward to coming here again to try their other steaks.

餐廳環境好靚,可以睇到維港海景,裝修話參考咗意大利教堂嘅設計,典雅得來又帶點時尚。一入到去先有一台充滿蠟燭嘅燭台迎面而來,服務員先向你招呼飲一杯酒或者Cocktail,再淺嚐一片意大利臘腸。未開始用餐,已經會令人覺得好特別好welcoming 嘅氣氛。麵包籃麵包外脆內軟又暖暖哋,好舒服嘅感覺。唔錯!而且橄欖油有兩種選擇,一種濃嘅一種淡嘅。選左濃嘅橄欖油,非常之有果香味。至於黑色嘅脆片就正常味道。前菜 :👌🏼Warm Beef Shin Salad: 牛腱肉質地非常嫩滑,味道偏淡。所謂個沙律都係幾條紅蘿蔔絲。味道正常冇咩特別。👌🏼Carnaroli Risotto:南瓜汁質地creamy, 甜甜地,有 d 脆脆嘅炸茄子增加口感。另外有一嚿炭燒到黑色嘅茄子,苦苦地,唔係幾好味。主菜:👌🏼Marango Ribeye, 45 Days Dry-aged應該係呢度嘅signature dish,份量非常多。按餐廳的推介嗌左medium rare。外皮燒得比較脆,有炭燒香味,整體食落有dry aged 牛肉嘅味道。但係缺點就唔Juicy,冇汁。而且medium rare 真係幾生,又唔見得好味左,下次有機會都可能係medium 會好d。整體味道還可以,但又唔算話好驚喜。👌🏼Grilled Whole Intalian Seabass:西式燒魚嘅味道,魚質唔算好軟滑,正正常常冇話好特別好驚喜。👌🏼Homemade Sausage:正常味道甜品:🙂Tiramisu呢度嘅招牌菜,勁大碗比大家share。Tiramisu嘅芝士部份非常嫩滑,蛋糕有比較重冧酒味道,帶少少杏仁味道,同埋偶然食到脆脆粒增加口感。整體係好味嘅。整體來講,環境同氛圍一流,雖然味道唔算出色,但如果想搵個靚靚餐廳同朋友食下飯,整體都會開心嘅。

2025年1月1日就食到超滿意嘅一餐超靚景加食物高質 仲有超好服務 一定要推介俾大家但亦都係第一日享受左2025新價錢🙃位於Mondrian Hong Kong 39樓一出𨋢就見到華麗裝潢仲即刻有welcome drink同小食之後就帶到望到維港景嘅用餐位置剛好預約左18:00 可以望住維港日變夜嘅景致所以都建議大家預約呢啲時間 然後要讚餐廳嘅服務 服務員會喺適當嘅時候主動介紹菜式而且用好親切嘅態度講解 介紹得好詳細清楚首先黎嘅係餐廳自家製Focaccia麵包仲有Charcoal carasa脆脆 仲有開胃菜♦︎前菜【Burrata E Pomodoro Cimelio $258】首先有我最愛嘅Burrata CheeseBurrata 加番茄就好typical啦 但佢特別在有三種唔同番茄 再加上Basil Sorbet 非常清新【Tuna Ai Profumi Del Macellaio $288】另一個前菜係Tuna Tartare 用藍鯨吞拿魚 吞拿魚份量多 口感煙靭啖啖肉 ♦︎主菜【Tagliolini Di Mare E Patate $358】呢款意粉極之推介 淨係買相都已經好吸引用咗兩隻顏色嘅意粉 加上薯仔做嘅泡沫再配上唔同嘅海鮮 色香味俱全【Cappello De Prete $628】Flat Iron USA Wagyu M5-6, Snake River Farm (300g) 叫左Medium rare 果然肉質非常粉嫩肉味好濃郁 肉汁豐盈 非常推介Sides 【Sauteed Spinach, Garlic, Extra-virgin Olive Oil $88】【Grilled Asparagus with Olive Oil $88】♦︎Drinks 因為唔飲酒嘅關係 叫咗兩杯Mocktail【Amaretti Sour - Lyre’s Amaretti, Super Lemon, Chamomile Honey, Emulsifier $108】呢杯估唔到係杏仁味好濃【Dry Paloma - Lyre’s Agave Blanco, Agave Nectar, Super Lime, Grapefruit Soda, Pink Salt $108】而呢杯就較為清新♦︎Desserts【Tiramisu Di Casa (Sharing) $218】最後有點少得Tiramisu呢?口感綿滑 份量超級大 一齊分享就最開心總括而言 新一年試新餐廳體驗滿分 無論食物環境服務所有嘢都非常滿意所以我都不斷咁推薦身邊嘅朋友 一定會在訪

作為一間標榜高級意大利牛扒餐廳,Carna by Dario Cecchini 喺網上獲得唔少好評,但我琴晚嘅親身體驗卻令人失望。牛扒係主打,但我嗰份Beef Chuck Flap筋多難咬,完全唔值佢嘅價錢。等食物嘅時間亦非常之長,等咗最少45分鐘,對一間高級餐廳嚟講實在唔合理。員工態度一般,唔算熱情,仲落錯我兩樣食物。呢啲係基本錯誤,喺呢個價位嘅餐廳出現,實在唔應該。雖然裝潢華麗,但枱與枱之間距離太近,基本上可以清楚聽到隔離枱講緊乜,完全冇私隱可言。對於想享受一個寧靜晚餐嘅人嚟講,會覺得好逼。Carna 嘅理念(nose-to-tail、可持續肉類)雖然值得欣賞,但實際體驗遠遠未達標。網上好多食評都過份誇張,實情係:環境逼、服務差、食物唔值等咁耐。以呢個價錢,我會選擇其他更值得嘅餐廳。
