Tried the semi-buffet express lunch with my friend and brought our 4 kids. Kids loved the soup and salad and desserts and main course (actually they liked everything available), as did we four adults. The soups were hearty and hot (both Chinese and Western soups available), the salad selection was plentiful (my favorite was the salmon terrain, beetroot salad), and desserts were great (the toasted egg waffle 'gai-dan-jai' was addictive, as was the pomegranate pudding). The price was very reasonable for a fantastic 300+degreees harbor view . Also, it's only an additional $50 for an entree, whereas typical hotel or high-end restaurants charge at least $150. We ordered the pizza and pasta which were both hot, delicious, and adult portions (e.g., no size or content reductions despite the low price). Would recommend maybe adding 1 cheese variety to the 2 available at the buffet (maybe sth with herbs?). Will definitely come back when there's a chance. It's a must-try place for anyone keen on quality food, buffets, and dining view (I even prefer it to some top floor restaurants in K11)-- whether to meet up with work colleagues or family and friends. You will impress them by taking them there--the food and service and ambience will not disappoint. Hope you enjoy yourselves as much as we did today.
