今日老虎有家人自遠方來,老虎不亦樂乎。同佢地去海馬公園玩完之後,就車咗佢地去附近嘅粗菜館醫肚,順便回味一下當年嘅味道。利申一下,我同老虎之前一直都係佐敦粗菜館嘅 fans,自從佢搬咗之後,佐敦得返麥文記叫做真正係好味道,其他嘅簡直不值一提......店入面裝修同以前佐敦差唔多,牆上面都係掛滿咗名星嘅簽名,仲有一大幅蔡 San 嘅推介字畫,店員見我周圍影相,提我仲有一幅金庸嘅喺入面,哈!有趣!今晚我地四大一細,點咗 : 梅菜扣肉、例湯、炒花甲、菜甫涼瓜煎蛋、鳯爪、炸大腸、鴨舌同埋豬油撈飯。見到個哥哥仔入緊薏米水本來都想叫嚟試吓,不過佢話啱啱煲起,雪唔切未夠凍,所以最後都係叫咗汽水,嘻。扣肉半肥瘦,鹹甜適中。例湯飲落 feel 到依然係無落味精,而且豬骨味濃,滾熱辣倒入喉嚨,舒服。花甲有少少辣不過可以接受,而且味道唔錯,雖然份量有啲啲少,不過 58 蚊份算係咁。白滷水雞腳,女人鍾意食,我自己就一般般。炸大腸同鴨舌都好正!無得彈!豬油撈飯我自己實在無 quota,只能夠食白飯,不過老虎就食得好很滋味,一啖接一啖...總體嚟講好滿意,遠方來嘅家人話好美味,我同老虎就好回味,感動嘅一餐!埋單前拎咗啲海馬公園嘅飛出嚟諗住掉咗佢,點知埋單個哥哥仔見到就話即日飛尾每張可以當 10 蚊用,total 減咗 40 蚊俾我,哈哈,慳返 40 蚊幫補吓啲隧道費,開心。By the way,香港仔好遠,佐敦幾時開返?

今日去完海洋公園!老公話去粗菜館食!以前已經係佐敦既fans拉😁 味道同質素都依然係無變過,真係好感動,個老火湯真係無得彈!梅菜扣肉係我至愛!仲有豬油撈飯!試左新餸脆皮炸大腸好香口,醬汁亦都好好味!真係希望快點可以係佐敦再開返啊!香港仔好遠啊!

食物 每樣食物味精都好重。每碟份量好少。好少。價錢一般 但咁嘅食物再平都唔敢再試廚房師父一路食煙一路煮食物啲飯重半生。又涷第一次 叫左3樣餸菜 抄牛肉。牛肉唔新鮮。超攰。完全食唔倒第下次一定唔會再去

Recommended by my relatives and friends, my family and I paid a visit to this restaurant recently. We ordered three well-known dishes which includes the perserved chicken feet which they claimed that this is their most famous side dish, the fried beef with a clamps and the baslem in fried egg. First of all, the side dish was quite well preserved which I can taste an enriched favour of vinegar within the fee. What I can say is that the balance striked between the saltness and sourness was handled, and it is definitely a refreshing side dish. For the beef one, the freshness of the beef was the first taste that impressed me much. With the control of suitable fire, the beef is then cooked with well-elaborated timing, I can taste few meat juices included inside the pieces of meat, moreover, the taste of the beef was raised to a further extent by the combination of the addition of certain seafood-like clamps. I would definitely recommend you to have a try. For the final dish, the egg fried is quite good but without much words to say.
