太太成日話好耐冇食過椒鹽九肚魚,於是我特意上網尋找,發現深水埗有間頗受好評的潮州飯店,不但有這道久違的美食,還以滷水鵝聞名,決定帶太太去試試。 餐廳門口的玻璃櫥窗掛滿滷水鵝、滷水墨魚等,還有烏頭、韭菜蜆肉、麻菜等地道潮州家常菜,一看就充滿老店風味,內部裝修亦帶點歲月痕跡,但氣氛親切,讓人期待。 我們點了幾道招牌菜: 🏅滷水鵝片 —— 鵝肉滷得入味,肉質嫩滑,鵝皮帶點膠質感,配上微甜的滷水汁,非常惹味。 鵝片下是滷水豆腐、花生和大豆芽菜。🏅椒鹽九肚魚 —— 外皮炸得香脆,魚肉鮮嫩,鹹香帶點微辣,太太一試就讚不絕口,果然沒選錯! 🏅蠔仔粥 —— 蠔仔鮮甜,除咗蠔仔外還有方魚和魷魚乾,每一口都充滿大海的味道,簡單卻令人滿足。 🏅沙嗲牛肉炒河 —— 炒得乾身不油膩,牛肉嫩滑,沙嗲醬香濃卻不搶味,是一碟水準之作。 這頓飯不但滿足了太太的心願,也讓我們發掘到一間值得再訪的潮州小店。下次來,一定要試埋其他地道菜式,滿足埋我這個潮州佬。

潮洲菜對於我來講都好鍾意,而潮味苑係一間令人驚艷嘅潮洲菜館,主打滷水鵝、炸/煎蠔餅、炸雙棗、潮洲粉麵等等,款式很不錯。 店舖裝修雅致,環境舒適。餐牌內有潮洲菜式及小菜選擇,款式種類多。滷水鵝片 $178鵝片以秘方炮製而成,滷水味香濃,入口鬆化,肉質嫩滑,帶有滷水料味道,食起嚟又香又多汁,配合滑滑嘅滷水豆腐、大豆芽爽口,以及軟身嘅滷水花生全部都咁夾。招牌炸蠔餅 $98蠔餅炸至金黃,非常香脆,煎就傳統,炸粉唔會太厚,酥脆可口,蠔仔都幾大粒,而且數量仲好多,鮮度爆燈,煎蠔餅潮味十足。沙嗲炒牛河 $62沙嗲炒牛河唔同平時茶餐廳嘅,依個嘅沙嗲味濃,食到花生粒,牛肉大片又嫩滑,與河粉同沙嗲汁混合真係絕配,好快就把整碟吃完。炸門繕皮 $28金黃香脆,魚味濃郁,點埋上湯一齊食,增加味道層次感。飲品方面,揀左幾款,蘋果醋 $13,酸酸甜甜,蘋果醋味道突出;凍檸檬茶 $8,檸檬清新,茶味甘香;可樂 $13,食完炸嘢飲番礶可樂,口感fresh 。

朋友介紹咗間地道潮州菜,性價比好高❗️期間仲見到好多街坊熟客仔買外賣加餸~滷水鵝大拼店員推介🌟入面有齊滷水鵝、豬頸肉、豬耳、鵝腸鵝肝、豬大腸等等 十分豐富👍🏻 全部醃得好入味,滷水香甜,真食唔停口!滷水大鵝掌翼媽媽最愛!肉質Q彈軟糯,同樣好出色~呢度嘅滷水嘢真係冇得輸!蠔仔粥蠔仔粥有驚喜!個人覺得超抵食入面勁足料,蠔仔勁大粒,另外仲加咗大量魷魚,乾蝦米等等勁香口👍🏻潮味苑 (深水埗)深水埗長沙灣道254-258號亞洲大廈地下A號舖
