一講起山東燒雞就令人諗起老京菜,估唔到係船記嘅舊舖開左間新店日月樓,睇名以為係普通中菜,原來班底就係來自美利堅京菜,松竹樓同新洪長興飯店幾間有名嘅京菜,呢次食完日月樓就成為一間幾喜歡嘅餐廳,旨在復刻八十年代的飲食情懷,經典詮釋那時代的舊味道。當日四個人都食到幾種唔同嘅野,朋友話佢哋嘅红扒通天係勁出色,就算下午都值得留一份同大家食下,湯底夠濃,通天翅的份量又夠多,周末下午咁樣食法又點會唔滿足。坊間不多地方提供的鹽爆管廷,以豬的罕見部位豬氣管為焦點,你看到個粗度一致的幼條就知刀功幾勁,洗淨後的管廷先經汆燙兩小時去除味道,絕對吃到手工菜最講嘅技巧。平日唔特別好羊肉嘅我都完全唔抗拒大蔥羊肉餡餅,原因個餡餅外層做得好好,入邊嘅羊肉亦都非常之Juicy,後入去有一堆肉汁噴射出嚟,同出名京菜嘅地方,甚至之前喺內蒙食過嘅都有得較高下。為左山東燒雞而來,我想起嘅係鹿鳴春的美好回憶,呢個雞點埋佢個醬汁更正。北京填鴨當然不能不點,即切即食,醬香細膩的自家調配磨豉醬及砂糖,加人手工製非常透薄餅皮,就咁食同加薄餅皮,再加埋京蔥及青瓜條食,我建議每個食法都值得試一次。蝦子鍋塌豆腐就夠清新得來又好食,另外干炒牛肉絲加上叉子燒餅都係較特別令人有驚喜的京菜,不過干炒牛肉絲送飯應該更不錯。尾聲的拔絲香蕉同高力豆沙香蕉朋友都話好推薦,個人喜歡前者,做得好靚而味道都好有水準,愛呢類京點嘅絕對值得來一試。日月樓 (灣仔)灣仔船街1-7號寶業大廈地下1號舖及1樓 繼續閱讀

朋友生日揀左呢間位於船街既「日月樓」賀壽,餐廳前身係「船記」,宜家由以京菜做主打既「日月樓」接手,更請來擁有逾40年入廚經驗,出身自香港著名老牌京菜館如現已結業的「美利堅京菜」、「松竹樓」及「新洪長興飯店」等既廚藝大師坐陣北京填鴨套餐(6-8位)糟溜桂魚片三喜拼盤鐵板宮保明蝦球北京填鴨炸菜肉末配叉子燒餅干爆辣子雞鐵板蔥爆牛肉砂鍋雲吞雞金腿扒津白小籠包高力豆沙山東燒雞半隻6-8餐既份量係相當大份,我地10人入面有4個係小朋友,所以應該唔洗再散叫都好夠食,食物質素都唔錯,唯獨是個北京填鴨較為失望,肉質好乾好柴,有點浪費我quota,店員親切有禮,環境都算唔錯,唔會話嘈到頭痛,好岩一家大細去用餐 繼續閱讀
