酸種麵包近呢幾年係香港都大受追捧,「Levain」可以話係香港其中一間最早開既酸種麵包,酸種包控的我當然要黎下Feta cheese, avocado, seasonal fruit on sourdoughSour dough 搽上自製青醬、再配以牛油果、啤梨、芝麻菜、蜂蜜、薄荷、沙律菜,整個配搭好夾好清新,但得一塊sour dough真係唔夠喉Turkey PaniniPanini入面夾左火雞肉,自製青醬、自製番茄醬、mozzarella cheese,師傅一d都唔吝嗇放左勁多mozzarella,拉絲效果真係好強勁,食左一半都已經好飽Iced AmericanoLatte地方又大又闊落,鰂魚涌呢間更加係一個麵包工場,你會見到麵包師傅不停搓麵團同製作麵包,因為無得跟餐,叫埋杯咖啡都起碼$150,加上塊sour dough真係好細塊,性價比唔算高,但鍾意sour dough既朋友都值得試下
