To be fair, the 小菜 & 煲仔鈑 there is ok, but that is not the reason I write tonight...I am sure all of us reading this believes the idea that we don't just "EAT TO LIVE"! Why we like to eat? Simply, great food makes us happy. Traditional 色、香、味, are of course the key to Master Dishes, but "食德" is equally or even more important! Why we like to eat? Simply, great food makes us happy. Traditional 色、香、味, are of course the key to Master Dishes, but "食德" is equally or even more important! There are quite a number of aspects to "食德", what I want to point out today is Service Attitude!
I haven't been to a restaurant' with that poor service for a very long time. 上上下下雇員的態度 there (from the Employer --> Cook --> Servants) really is 一絕! I don't want to get down to individual incidents (since there are many). Just 2 main pts:
1. Their attitude to general customers are poor (very inpolite)
2. They don't admit error when happened (and argue back)
From their poor attitude, I wonder... they must hate their job, then why is the restaurant still here, and why do people still comes?
Good quality food of course is why we are here. But if the 過程 is unhappy, do you think you can still enjoy the food???
