I went to the Restaurant last night and find that it was too bad as the guy told before,the veg-rice are very yummy and the prok are juicy too, my friend alice taste the wonton and she told me it was very good,thatwise I will go back again!!!!!! **I feel like eating the food at home,very sweet!!

(Probably bcos if it's thin, it takes less attention to make sure it's cooked, and obviously no attention was paid and it was overcooked)The Smoked carp fish is not as juicy, sweet as before, the sauce tasted different! I noticed that now they have changed the cook, but howcome the recipe changed as well??? Better improve or you will lose alot of customers...

Rumour has it that the chef/original owner has sold her shares to her partner...

上星期五忽然想食雲吞, 結果山長水遠咁去左天后諗住重溫舊夢, 點知大失所望。我叫左酸辣湯雲吞及排骨菜飯, 酸辣湯既味道怪怪的, 完全都唔係嗰回事, 出名既雲吞仲唔掂, 肯定整定好多, 啲皮已經雪到硬哂! 衰過食灣仔碼頭既雲吞。至於排骨菜飯, 啲排骨炸到乾哂, 而且係用微波爐叮番熱啲, 啲菜飯亦都好難食。望吓廚房唔見位老太太喺度, 已經換左人啦, 可能賺夠唔洗做了! 以後又少個地方食飯了。

I've visited many times in this place, I am not a meat lover person, and always eat their Won Ton - most of inside is Vegetable, and less meat ! Just Great !You can also order uncooked Won Ton take home as well.

上海菜肉餛飩$28 (8粒)菜多肉少, 幾好味! 所以菜味好重, d菜都幾新鮮,但無咩肉味, 如果可以多d 肉就好啦.湯年糕$32好家庭式感覺, 年糕得幾淋, 有菜絲同肉絲吊味, 唔錯!可惜, 味精好似多少少, 因為食飽都幾口渴! 店舖服務有著一般上海人特式, 有少少高傲... 變覺得佢地唔係好有禮貌咁lor. 不過, 見到佢地都會同d熟客打成一遍.

上海弄堂one of the hard sell dish is 紅燒肉so this time give it try try. Order 紅燒肉菜飯. This 紅燒肉if you afraid fat I unrecommend you but I already fat so dun matter. The 紅燒肉is pig fat belly part cooked very tender and favour goed all inside.The favour sweet + savour just right not too strong, as well belly fat braised till oil come out so remain fat taste like jelly and taste very very "Gum Heung" as well not fat.. if eat some meat with fat and skin.. waaaaa it so good feel!!! Source mix with rice as well

係門口決定食唔食o既時候, 有個肥姨姨出黎主動招呼我地, 由我地係門口到坐低點菜, 佢全程都好殷勤咁招待我地。我平時好怕d sales/waiters咁樣跟到實, 但係我對呢個姨姨冇反感, 反而有點兒親切感。=]不停問三問四, 又拿不定主意, 但係姨姨都冇半點兒不耐煩, 而且仲好有耐性咁同我講每樣食物o既特性, 等我慢慢揀。sale豆漿果時好落力, 最後都要左杯(呢個有少少係基於壓力)。最後同朋友各點左一個酸辣菜肉餃麵, 一籠小籠包, 豆漿一杯同朋友o既一杯酸梅湯酸辣菜肉餃麵($36)--好大碗, 係用白色o既幼麵條, 麵條好滑, 不過腍身唔係彈牙果隻, 我諗上海麵係咁...菜肉餃有4-5隻, 係菜多肉少, 不過又幾好食喎, d菜都幾新鮮幾青綠, 湯底好多料, 有豆腐, 冬菇, 雲耳等等, 夠酸, 略嫌唔夠辣, 但係幾香, 不過湯底好杰...好似碗仔翅咁, 如果可以稀返少少會易食d。但係朋友話酸辣底係咁架喎...小籠包($20)--4隻, 皮唔太厚, 但唔算薄。肉汁都算夠, 豬肉ok鮮味。朋友話南翔果d鮮肉小籠更勝一籌, 餡肉更鮮甜, 但係都算唔錯。豆漿($8)--姨姨話係自家制o既。

自從兩老移左民..過時過節都再食唔到阿媽煮既烤夫同其他家鄉茶,但上海弄堂比其他出名既上海大飯店就傳統及正宗得多...仲比我搵到最似我阿媽煮既烤夫呀...除左佢地既烤夫好味同正宗之外...佢地既無錫排骨都非常有水準..如果去一定要試!!!

前兩晚第一次去「上海弄堂」,叫了小籠飽,煎鍋貼和雞絲粉皮。小籠飽—只得四隻,咬一口,有少許汁,以為不錯,誰知豬肉是臭的,離譜。煎鍋貼—又是只有四隻,皮厚,豬肉非常不新鮮,難食。雞絲粉皮—很細碟,雞絲完全無雞味,粉皮一大大片,沒有切絲,麻醬做得不好,好難食。侍應是三位師奶,完全不理會人客,只顧自己閒談。完全吃不飽,要回家煮公仔麵,這樣的食物和服務,以後一定不會再去。

倒數”扒地”前o黎打個底先,一來唔肚餓,二來晏D又食第二餐,所以不敢多叫。兩個人只叫了一碟無鍚排骨、燻魚及出名的菜肉雲吞。無鍚排骨要了例牌的,45蚊一碟6件,不算太平。不過夠入味,又唔鞋口,D軟骨最好食。燻魚初時食第一件,覺得麻麻地,不過越食越覺得唔錯,感覺到有少少甜中帶酸味。菜肉雲吞果然係招牌菜喎,皮夠薄,我鍾意佢菜多肉少。而老公又叫了一杯豆漿,不算太甜又幾有豆味。另外我見其他客人叫了麵食,睇落去都唔錯,下次有機會再來試過。
