Dai pai dongs are often characterised by bad hygiene since they're open-air stalls located on the streets. However, their delicious food with "wok hei" is just irresistible.
In recent years, restaurants have taken on a modern approach to classic dai pai dong menus. Air-conditioned, spacious, and the same old recipes. While you're here, definitely try some sweet & sour pork, "jer jer" veggies in a clay pot, or an aromatic bowl of rice with lard! Be sure to order some cold beers too and enjoy them from a chilled Chinese bowl!

店員一掀起蓋子,濃郁香味跟嘶嘶聲響把附近的食客都吸引看過來了哈哈
雞肉份量滿多,還下足辣椒!
點了「少辣」,個人來說還挺辣的🥵,要多喝點啤酒解辣哈哈
然候是第一次看見有下豆卜的雞煲!把醬汁盡吸,有夠刺激 •
拔絲焦糖香燒脆腩仔 ($98)
手拉的焦糖拔絲鳥巢中間放入燒腩仔,好一道打卡菜式
燒腩仔皮脆、半肥瘦,入口超滿足
配上焦糖拔絲一起吃別有風味,但拔絲有點刺嘴巴😂;也可以蘸上一般的芥末

懷舊豬油撈飯 復刻版 ($25)
吃小菜,一定要點幾碗白飯
這次不點白飯,點豬油撈飯;不是液體的豬油,而是「復刻版」、經典的豬油膏撈飯!
先把豬油膏放入白飯中,以白飯的高溫融化,油潤添香,再拌入豉油、蔥花、芫茜等,一試難忘
減肥中的朋友都忍不住要說「小二!整多碗!」😁

我們選的番薯糖水料給的很足,有數大顆番薯(餐廳真的想讓我們褲子都給撐破嗎🥹)
