蝦餃好有茶樓水準。

中式燉湯好有火候,湯清味濃,絕不是味精湯,這天天氣很冷,飲完沒多久就全身溫暖。
果然有料到!

咖哩不太辣,有好多款,適合一家大細品嘗。

侍應態度好,主動性強。我幫女友照相,主動在遠處走來提議幫我們拍照,提議拍兩張,

其它的小炒就普通,因為我不嗜太辣!

(以下又一勁長自助餐食評, 怕悶的話齋睇相好了...)

記得細個第一次食 buffet 係九龍 Shangri-la 的 Christmas lunch, 港島呢間反而從未嚟過, 呢日有幸嚟「見識見識」, 多謝晒 C 氏伉儷的邀請!

近年來對 buffet 愈來愈一般, 對呢度期望其實亦不大, 食後印象亦一般而已, 叫做穩穩陣陣吧:

海鮮冷盤當中食了開邊龍蝦, 三點蟹, 花蟹及翡翠螺... 龍蝦有唔少膏, 肉亦結實, 但兩者都乾乾的, 膏直程硬硬實實的, 食落又無喱味道, 其實無乜吃頭; - 翡翠螺就好 d, 雖然比較 chewy, 但起碼食落都覺鮮甜味; 兩款蟹都有膏而且幾香, 肉較散係意料之內, 不過起碼未至於水汪汪, 食落都算甜, 可以吧. 整體有少少失望, 海鮮還是回憶中的 Harbourside (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1918250) 最好, 都幾懷念的.


日式 counter 試了刺身, tuna tataki, soba 及一不知名 appetizer... 刺身切得厚厚的, 赤身無乜味 (朋友仲話佢嗰幾塊「唔新鮮」, 拎了 4 塊食剩 3 塊...); 北寄貝腍腍的又帶點黏滑; 鯛魚就爽而無味; 連 wasabi 及豉油都係淡淡的.

喬麥麵有蝦, 玉子及唔知乜嘢豆, 麵汁較甜, 但又幾稀; 喬麥麵腍腍的, 玉子實實的又甜得離奇, 其他就無味道...
仲有小玻璃杯的青瓜 + 飛魚籽 + 蝦 + 白色 mousse 狀疑似忌廉撈埋一堆, 有點爽, 有點酸, 但又有點 creamy / 奶味, 味道怪怪的.

其他菜系的前菜 / 沙律亦一般:
Parma ham 勝在即叫即(機)切, 哥哥仔切得雖然夠薄, 但「一抽二 lung」, 一餅嘢咁遞俾我真係麻麻
食落唔太鹹, 不過唔算好香, 配上水果 counter 拎來的麻麻哋甜哈密瓜, 味道一般.
Caesar salad 自行落了 Parmesan 及 bacon bits, Romaine 尚算新鮮爽脆, dressing 份量味道都 ok, 而croutons 就腍腍濕濕的, 早知唔拎

泰式粉絲蝦沙律就十分開胃, 帶魚露鹹香之餘, 勁酸又勁辣, 食到我噴火 @_@
Sambal okra 就唔係好掂, 仍殘留手指豆的滑潺潺, 食落就一味酸, 唯有放棄.
Smoked salmon 唔多 "smoked" 又切得有點太厚, 自行落的生洋蔥又唔夠味, 感覺可有可無.

試了點中湯, 好似係淮山杞子煲瘦肉, 味道淡淡的, 火喉亦一般, 還是中式酒樓好/


最有特色, 反而係即煮的「川湖香辣龍蝦」... 要求「少一點辣」, end up d 湯係清了, 但龍蝦應該一直用辣湯浸泡, 食落都幾辣, 不過唔多「麻」.

甜品款式唔少, 但左睇右睇, 只食了即做 crepe 配 banana 及 vanilla ice cream
即做原味 souffle, flan pudding 及 chocolate fountain 的士多啤梨... souffle 發得不錯, 熱辣辣的, 面頭有點脆身又有點蛋糕 feel, 中間就一陣風無咗, 但食到底有點鹹牛油的痕跡及味道
, 咦? Crepe 皮有點厚, 但食落都幾鬆軟, 甜甜哋又帶蛋香牛油香, 加埋幾香滑的 vanilla 雪糕, 幾好食, 可惜 d 蕉唔太夠熟啦. Flan pudding 一般滑溜, 食落蛋香輕輕的, 甜度又稍高, 唔太喜歡; chocolate fountain 就好玩多過好食, 朱古力漿濃度麻麻咋喎.

餐後仲有一杯熱咖啡, 聞落好香, 飲落卻又稀又淡, 把鬼


食物典型 buffet 的不過不失, 環境, 衛生及 service 就不錯, 不過呢度係港島 Shangri-la, 唔好就大件事了.

因為以前食得太多,幾年都無黎食lunch buffet。今年再黎,睇吓有無唔同到。例牌,每人飲一至兩杯果汁,用來佐食。凍海鮮有花蟹、蝦、和翡翠螺(竟然沒有生蠔!!)。蟹和蝦呢d常吃食物,唔吃,留實力俾其他食物度。所以食左翡翠螺,我諗哪裡吃都係有沙架喇,最緊要鮮甜ma!跟住沙律吧,我又唔喜好生既菜,雖然有多款dressing,都無食。泰式沙律,凍酸辣味,也不對胃,又唔啱。唯獨吃了幾片,juicy三文魚生。冷麵,我覺得自已即整即食,仲好食過,擺晒出黎,通常腍晒,唔好食。去左點心部,夾了一粒干蒸牛肉、舀了小小糯米飯。夾左兩只,清炒無味中蝦。雞牛羊熱葷,好似食黎食去都差唔多,無興趣。咁咪夾左件,疑似泰式煎魚柳,再滔碗至愛的蘑菇湯,回座。仲有推介的三色椒芝士麵包仔,好鬆軟,配湯食最開懷。然後都急不及待,甜品round!甜品痴遇上咁多甜品,簡直「情難自控」!其實我之後去熱葷area行吓,唔通食粉麵?或自選意粉!?真係揀唔到咩野想食。呀!在咖哩吧裡,夾左件燒「膠魚」,好好食,可能我喜歡「膠魚」,喜歡它那朕滑滑的皮。甜品show time開始!最好食係朱古力綠茶mousse cake。杏桃批,批底太硬

甜品show time開始
!最好食係朱古力綠茶mousse cake。杏桃批,批底太硬。芒果面,朱古力蛋糕椰汁糕,呢件都幾特別。有件淺黃色,四四方方,有糖漿cover的,以為係cheese cake,原來蛋味好濃,我認為係「燉蛋mousse cake」,雖然好食,但食晒佢一定好滯,所以分享食。
煎左件香蕉pancake,好巨形!裡面有成隻香蕉
!皮厚煙韌,我嫌佢無蛋香啫!加左朱古力漿、勁好味home made士多啤梨醬,又消滅左件「偉大」的pancake。
士多啤梨吉士puff條,puff腍腍,吉士又硬,唔好食。Tiramisu很失望,無指定要成兜”不吓不吓”pet pet做法,但星級酒店,竟然會整D乾爭爭蛋糕Tiramisu出黎!真可笑!所以我見隔離的士多啤梨mousse cake那層蛋糕,興趣大減。
失望既野繼續來,梳乎里面頭朕皮最好食ga ma!佢焗唔夠時間嗎!?濕潤無皮食既
!?雪糕,原來係自家製。食左朱古力味、芝麻味,好普通jer,比牛記滑,比牛記奶味rich D啫!不過芝麻味係十分之足,好香!同事介紹豆腐味也好,但我覺得好淡
,仲無咁滑添!
食左咁多甜品,真係夠晒!今次係食到膩,因為咸點真係唔係好多,甜品仲多囉。今次翻兜Café Too,價錢平左好多($377白金咭有八五折),食物都係俾番咁多野你食。不過for me,「JW」才是buffet首選。

呢間"暴肥" 其實好快可以sum up.海鮮主打係中size 的龍蝦;壽司較弱;salad 有parma ham, 及泰式沙律, 我個人最愛;熱食方面, 中餐係有點心的, 幾特別;其他中餐熱食一般.西式食品不太多, 有牛柳及羊, 但都係7,8 成熟的, 要食生d 的話,可叫師傅custom order.仲有粉麵, 今期有上海麵, 味ok.也可即炒粉麵的, 我卻冇試.咖哩有個section, 有咖哩豆, 魚, 牛腩, 雞等; 唔算辣的, 但幾香, 印度籍師傅也好努力地弄薄餅, 也好食.甜品係強項, 大家都見有好多人都登左靚相, 本人在此不再長氣再嗡了.服務很好, 一讚.weekday 都不太平, 可再平d 就好了.... 時間快過, 又老一年了, 不過今年生日都幾好, 自從做了人家父母後,都好多年沒試過二個人拍拖了, 剛好下午有事要去上環, 上午優閒的周圍逛街, 晚上待兩小朋友放學後便到金鐘食 buffet , 去年曾試過呢間唔錯 , 故今次再試 .當晚認真熱鬧, 全場滿座, 最特別是最入一角的幾張大枱, 有一對新人結婚在這裡宴請親朋好友, 比酒樓坐定定的等上菜要自由好得多呢, 祝福新人永結同心.....(^.^) 一入場就比D龍蝦吸引了, 都未坐下, 已急不及待的去取了, 都OK鮮味啦 不過最愛的翡翠螺就失望了, 食左幾隻都有沙, 唯有放棄 , 沒生蠔仲失望 (>.<) 熱盤有 露筍蝦球, 牛柳, 咕嚕肉都好回味 , D燒味就認真唔得了, 叉燒好似柴皮咁 , 乳豬得個樣靘, 但好似橡根咁韌 個蝦鮫有驚喜, 點心通常在 buffet 都唔起眼的, 但daddy 取了一件竟然 食完 encore, 我好奇心試試又真是ok 喎, 好過好多酒樓. 湯有黨參北其豬展, 海螺煲雞, 仲有叫什麼"溫泉蝦" 好似冬陰公咁, 都ok可試. 刺身都係 D 大路的八爪魚, 三文魚, 吞拿魚

刺身都係 D 大路的八爪魚, 三文魚, 吞拿魚, 等幾款, 不多,
海鮮湯飯亞女話ok 好味要試, 不過個肚已經好滿足, 再容不下了.
甜品款式多, 都好ok 的 .
沒生蠔, 沒西冷扒, 沒鐵板燒 , 就真的有些失望

星期六食洒店的自肋餐,價錢一定比平日貴,都算啦!為了夾到朋友和替3歲的契女慶祝生日。以往都和朋友四圍找buffet食,估唔到這個地方都算貴價啦,點知款色什少!沒有西冷、沒有生蠔、沒有cold cut、沒有龍蝦、沒有芝士counter、沒有 fresh fish,sushi 、燒味款色少之又少,簡直不知所為!!!點收客人四百幾蚊個頭呀?渾脹!曾經試過銅鑼灣某洒店的 xxxx one buffet, 都有西冷、cold cut、龍蝦、芝士。。。都是三百幾蚊個頭。這次經驗,失望到極!

As soon as I read about the Singapore Festival promotion in Cafe Too, I called in for a buffet booking and can't wait for the time to come. My experience on last Sunday was dreadful. I would say "Singapore Festival" was an empty promise of great Singaporean food to be offered and available in the buffet. Very disappointing. The sashimi was disappointing. Except for the mushroom soup, my experience was NOT happy. Buffet of no return.

they are currently having a Singapore promotion. but then again it is shangrila, they always have sing/malay/thai influenced dishes - plus they always have the indian counter which is their specialty.

appetizers:

4 choices of cold seafood: whole lobster, snow crab legs, conch in shells and whole medium sized shrimps. a variety of condiments are served alongside. lobsters are very fresh and cooked just right - but the tips of the claws feel a bit overcooked. crabmeat is very fleshy and tender. conch is however a bit tough but otherwise very fresh. did not try the shrimps.

sushi counter - 3 types of rolls and nigri sushi. sashimi counter very crowded as usual.

salad bar is impressive - the extensive assortment of condiments is worth mentioning - there are anchovies and other dried seafood, many sauces as well. I don't really like the Singaporean salads though - I found the rojak a bit salty, and the pickled vegetables could have been sweeter. I can't say it was bad though, just not my cup of tea.

Hot entrees
: at the international counter there's beef, poultry, choices of seafood, soups, chinese BBQ, vegetables and dim sum.

There's an indian counter that's always there. I especially like their tandoori chicken.

They usually have a pasta counter but it's currently an Indian kema counter, making Indian pizzas.

The noodle station is permanent. good variety of noodles, meats, vegetables and condiments. and 3 choices of soups.

Desserts
is impressive, as usual. Shaved ice is their current promotion. my favorite though is their souffle. crepes are made to order as well, with mix-ins laid out in front.

another very pleasant dinner indeed! I daresay cafe too is still one of the best buffets in town, if not the best. I grew up coming here and have fond memories of it. this is certainly one of my personal favorites. good for family, gatherings, celebrations, or just a relaxing dinner.

星期一中午去香格里拉Cafe Too 食自助餐,其實之前都去過幾次,佢熱盆唔多,不過甜品款式幾多,我就係鐘意佢D甜品所以再去,海鮮有花蟹,三點蟹,蝦,螺,不過今次D花蟹同三點蟹細細隻,冇乜鮮味熱盆我左龍利柳,味道普通,椒鹽鮮魷,唔脆ga,羊排,肉質鮮嫩燒味我左燒鵝,燒骨,味道普通,Parma ham +蜜瓜食味道唔錯:湯有兩款,蓮藕煲排骨,得過鹹味忌廉湯普通,咖哩有雞,牛,羊,魚,又唔香又唔辣壽司,魚生,沙律我都冇心機,跟住就左幾款甜品,不過今次冇左個朱古力噴泉,佢話呢排有H1N1,安全起見,所以取消左疏乎厘今次係橙+酒味,普通,Pancake+香蕉+芒果雪糕,普通,叫左兩柸凍飲,奶茶,朱古力奶,淡而冇味HSBC premier card 有85折唔會再去laaaa

There is a time when family reunion struck me as something no less than chaotic situations. For instance, getting everyone to agree on dinner plans, or getting the agreed individuals to get going -- it's harder than herding sheep to all go in the same direction. There are always last minute calls about where to eat and when. This night here we were at Cafe TOO, just about an hour after we received the call. Good thing we were all available, and out there at the "adults" table everyone was merry and happy while next to them at the 'kids' table (seating all the adults' children, most of us over 18), conversations were flowing, and it's not just about food.

Cafe TOO is a place I have always wanted to come but didn't avail myself into going. The venue is a display of delayed gratification. You get on the elevators, get out, through one long corridor after another, passing flower arrangements and dim lights and at the end of the hallway spits you out into the restaurant, as if you have entered an unworldly paradise on its own. Here, the magic realm was filled with happy diners sharing food on communal tables, with walls after walls of stacked olive oil bottles, wine bottles, or patterns made entirely of pulses, nuts, and vegetables. The open codified kitchen was equal drama as it was for practical use, and the tables we got made sure we have the actions on the side.

The buffet tables are spread on one side of the restaurant, starting with salads, appetizers, sushi and a cold seafood corner on one side, while dimsum, steak, noodle parlour, and Pan Asian cuisine on the other side. The middle square island is the dessert station. I browsed through the selections at the dessert station -- amazed at the artful creations of tarts and cakes all in miniature sizes -- just about perfect for buffets.

The cold dishes are clear favorites for everyone. The salads are light meal openers for us, followed by a good selection of sushi and sashimi as well. The seafood corner remains the popular choices. Crabs and lobsters are fresh and served with the shells cracked. There are staff designated to refill the seafood items on the spot to ensure that the station is always full, and that include the conches too!!

The hot dishes such as Dimsum and Chinese fare were just satisfactory. There aren'/t really maany varieties or room for surprises. The steak station was ok too, except the Spanish Spaetzles were surprisingly good!! Indian Curries were on the milder side, even the supposedly fiery lamb vindaloo went down a few notches. Tom-Yum Soup which was made to order was especially delicious. You can see how it's made from the station, as the chef briefly started the soup with a claw of a lobster, tiger prawns and mussels, followed by a blend of chilies and spices and herbs, together with chicken broth, kaffir lime leaves and galangal and simmered a few minutes with lime juice and fish sauce to yield the sensational soup! It's scumptious in every bite indeed.

Then it's dessert time, The kids have had fantastic time at the crepe station -- where they are made to order with either strawberries or banana as filling, followed by toppings of choice. The crepe was eggy and feathery light. I found myself having seconds, much like the anticipated souffle -- tasted pleasantly light with vanilla. I've had better souffles before, but presented dainty and light and fluffy. I think this one passed the test easily. Ice creams are also of good quality, but by then all our attention has turned to the artistic creation of pastries...

Cakes, however, was a major disappointment. Among the desserts shown here in the pictures, only the Double Chocolate mousse was remotely considered "good". What may have looked like a millefeuille was in fact strawberries in custard cream sandwiched between two layers of cracker crumbed crusts. The Mango-topped tartlets looked ok, only did I realize that the mango was not very ripe and the tart crust was soggy. The raspberry at the top may just be the best in show! Desserts presented in shot glasses looked much like a pousse cafe, but the taste was nothing like it. In fact, it tasted faintly of canned fruit with the syrup jellied, topped with a softly whipped cream.

The cakes may have taken on different disguises, but under the artistic foil of designs, you'll realized that they are just variations on a same theme -- sponge cake with fruits -- and even this was not executed to perfection. The sponge cake was bland and the fruit selections held no surprises. I expected highly of this famed joint to raise the ante for hopes in buffets, only to be disappointed by a slightly better than ordinary selection and quality. The meal wasn't exactly a great one, only to be rounded out with a remarkable coffee at the end.

Is it that bad? No not at all. Cafe TOO is a visual galore, where each dish was held in Le Creuset vessels of different colours, as if you have just stepped into a Le Creusel catalogue -- Curries in Tagine, Soups in Stockpots of different colours, oh not to mention the condiments were presented in miniature cast iron pots matching the stockpots. It's like enjoying a meal with kitche haute couture, only if I could have the perfect foodstuff to go with such stunning beauties in the kitchen!!

The food belonged to an upper "ok" but barely touched the "smiley face", which I gave for everything else -- the decor, the service, the quality (despite conservative choices) of food served.

中, 西餐一般, 冇蒸魚但又有魚柳, 味都不錯.
另要一提, d sirloin 過熟, 車軚咁, 鬼咩, 在個兜內 warm 左成晚.
同哥哥講, 佢好主動幫我馬上另外煮過幾塊medium 的,
真的係medium, 肉質好靚.

再行去了粉麵檔, 咦, 有個咩泰式海鮮湯, 係即整的, 又叫了個試吓.
師傅將菇, 菜, 芽菜, 蕃茄仔等, 用少許香料及油爆一爆
之後加入中蝦, 龍蝦及蟹, 炒多陣再加入雞湯.
滾起後便有得食.
茄味幾重, 有海鮮味; 少少酸, 也是幾醒胃的.
早知當前菜食, 好似好d.

咖哩方面, 有牛雞羊魚菜, 但一個大問題 - 全都係唔辣既.
點算呀, 塊naan 好正但d咖哩都係creamy 的多...
好采tandoori 雞夠正, 夠熱又多肉汁, 加d creamy sauce, 正!

不過, 咖哩俾d 辣既好噃, 講真吖, 食多兩塊naan 都飽啦, 個客就會食唔落d 龍蝦啦


甜品大獲全勝, 自家製雪糕好好食, crepe 係必食, 薑味souffle 也很出色!
哥哥仲親自攞過o黎俾我, 感動

昨晚為慶祝女朋友生日, 專登去了金鐘Cafe TOO食飯(是我們第一次去), 是晚主題(龍蝦+刀削麯)還ok, 其餘食品(中國小菜, 日本菜, 泰國冷食, 印度咖哩)簡直普通到唔可以再普通, 我都想不到俾成$500位(w/10%)是這樣的食物質素, 真係好失望, 同出面"一般"自助餐比較完全一樣, 連朋友介紹"好得"甜品都係唔掂! 食場環境&服務還ok. 因為之前去過九龍個間, 無論食物種類/質素都比香港間好, 以上是本人於昨晚"飯後感"給大家參考.

自從小朗出世之後,雪儀諗住封筆,但係過左三個月,都係出番山...對上一次去Cafe TOO食lunch buffet,已經係八月既事,大半年後再黎,食物選擇竟然同上次幾乎一樣,唯一唔同只係多左意大利飯,連蛋糕甜品雪糕都係無變化!似乎差左D囉...新出既意大利飯係廚師即場整,但係見住佢勁落牛油,雖然味道唔錯,但係好肥,而且淋左少少...甜品仍然最愛雪糕,不過又係果六款口味,士多啤梨呍呢拿朱古力芒果芝麻紅豆,係後兩者比較特別...tiramisu蛋糕好重朱古力味,但無酒味,好heavy...其他蛋糕都係差唔多,唔算好好食...梳乎里又係無味,得個甜字...愈來愈唔鍾意Cafe TOO的buffet,不過令次係同事楂主意,無辦法...

閃閃平安夜後,時間真的過得很快,生活也排得密密麻麻,就趁這周末回說我們一月廿二的首月慶祝吧。其實所謂首月慶祝,只為一點情趣,相比將來共聚的時間,一個月又何足掛齒,但既然有 buy 1 get 1 free coupon,Cafe TOO 的自助餐正好為我們慶祝這小小小里程碑吧!平日的晚上,雖然不像洲際河畔餐廳或 Yamm 般要早一個月訂位那麼誇張,但餐廳亦早已高朋滿座。這裡食物的選擇不少,先嚐的是自選沙律,先在沙律吧揀選配料,侍應再加上新鮮生菜及即切的 parma ham 而成,賣相不錯,是個醒胃的前菜,值得一讚是製作沙律時的互動交流,感覺總比自己默言不語的揀選食物來得親切。正在食草期間,侍應端上了一客芝士焗鮮蠔,小弟對生蠔一直敬而遠了,但這客小食的芝士味濃,味道的確不錯。第二輪走到了日本壽司吧,點選了多款魚生,有最基本的三文魚,立魚及口感特別的八爪魚,食材新鮮,壽司有一些卷物及甜蝦等,味道剛比較普通,不甚可取。熱暈方面,中式點心空有賣相,事實上蝦餃皮厚肉削,相信只有老外才覺新奇好味;泰式串燒處理則更有水準,雞肉、豬肉入口不會有硬如鐵的感覺,加上沙爹汁後更覺惹味;來自印度的代表有咖哩,

是晚云云甜品當中,Pancake 是小弟最喜歡的,香餅煎得不會過燶,加上香蕉、朱古力醬,忌廉,簡直是完美藝術作品,輕嚐一口已經想再來一客,實在不容錯過。另外也試了其他甜點如朱古力、NY Cheese 同綠茶蛋糕,份量小小的為這豐富的晚餐作結。

其實飯後有一段不為人知的小插曲,更令小弟在帶女友見家長時大出洋相...唉,難道自助餐真是我搵食能手的剋星嗎?

情人節當晚, 諗住同老婆食好0的, 去間好架啦, 點知就中招. 朋友介紹話好正, 立刻打電話去訂位, 要CREDIT-CARD FULL PAYMENT先, 誠惠$1580. 之前去過tst個間覺得ok, 諗住香港個間又grand又貴實好啦, 點知食物會衰成咁.....可能情人節呃水魚啦.........一定唔會員再去......1. 環境唔浪漫, (不過預左)2. 甜品超少選擇, (唔明0的人點會話好多 ???). 玻璃櫃入面係好多, 不過係量唔係款.....3. 咁既價錢無龍蝦仔都算啦, 居然連長腳蟹都無.......海胆就諗都唔好諗啦.........4.食物質素超差, 有相為證........蝦居然用冰蝦, 係全部都霉個0的......嗚嗚嗚(最後希望都無啦)......5. 蟹就超細隻..............6. 螺都ok, 不過出得超慢, 要人問個職員先放幾隻出黎........其實都唔係貴野..........7. 生蠔超細隻, 唔好諗住可以食到肉...........8. 魚生普通, 唔覺特別生鮮........非常普通 全場最好味係哈密瓜, 好甜.........

情人節當晚, 諗住同老婆食好0的, 去間好架啦, 點知就中招. 朋友介紹話好正, 立刻打電話去訂位, 要CREDIT-CARD FULL PAYMENT先, 誠惠$1580. 之前去過tst個間覺得ok, 諗住香港個間又grand又貴實好啦, 點知食物會衰成咁.....可能情人節呃水魚啦.........一定唔會員再去......

1. 環境唔浪漫, (不過預左)

2. 甜品超少選擇, (唔明0的人點會話好多 ???). 玻璃櫃入面係好多, 不過係量唔係款.....

3. 咁既價錢無龍蝦仔都算啦, 居然連長腳蟹都無.......海胆就諗都唔好諗啦.........

4.食物質素超差, 有相為證........蝦居然用冰蝦, 係全部都霉個0的......嗚嗚嗚(最後希望都無啦)......

5. 蟹就超細隻..............

6. 螺都ok, 不過出得超慢, 要人問個職員先放幾隻出黎........其實都唔係貴野..........

7. 生蠔超細隻, 唔好諗住可以食到肉...........

8. 魚生普通, 唔覺特別生鮮........非常普通
全場最好味係哈密瓜, 好甜................
