The food was not spectacular, certainly not worth the $2000 cost. The first 3 dishes were mediocre, particularly the sweet potato gnocchi which I did not like at all. The portions may be sufficient for ladies, but would definitely not be enough for men. The langoustine was probably the best dish of the night but it wasn’t outstanding at all. And it didn’t help that the service was not great either. Before going to the restaurant, we saw on their website that the $750 corkage fee would be waived if we ordered a bottle of wine at the restaurant, which we thought was quite reasonable. So we brought a bottle with the intention of ordering one there. However, when we ordered an $800 bottle of wine, we were informed by the waiter that corkage would only be waived if we ordered a minimum of $1000 bottle of wine. When we told him that the website did not specify this, he insisted that it didn’t matter what the website said, he had told my friend when she brought our wine that a minimum $1000 bottle of wine was required before the corkage fee can be waived. I think this was pretty inflexible on the part of the waiter as we were only talking about a $200 price difference. What’s $200 when we are already paying $2000 per person? The attitude we got from the waiter was definitely not acceptable from a restaurant of this standard. Definitely would not go again.

考慮緊order beef tartare 定 carpaccio 之際，店員推介 tartare。無蛋黃喺上面，不過手切嘅牛肉好新鮮🤩，輕輕作簡單調味己經好足夠，夾埋麵包食一流💫。

自家制pasta蛋味口感都控制得十分好，煮得al dente🍝！上面嘅truffle固然加分，但係個sauce都整得好香濃，用lobster🦞淆製而成，唔係走一般creamy路線，但彈牙嘅質感，加上濃郁得嚟唔油膩嘅味道，絕對推薦🌟！

4️⃣ Blood Duck Breast $780
另一signture dish，名副其實地俱代表性。煮好後，店員會首先拎俾客人望下完整無缺嘅鴨胸🦆，然後再拎反入去切件，呢個時候小編己經聞到好香啦🤤～鴨肉好濕潤多汁，鹹味剛剛好無蓋過本身嘅鴨肉味👍🏻。配以roasted plum，烤過嘅梅特別甜，一鹹一甜係個絕佳配搭💯！

5️⃣ French Fries, Truffle Sauce $88；Creamy Spinach $88
分別叫左兩個sides，Spinach正正常常👌🏻，薯條係M記款幼身版，truffle sauce可以悄為濃D。

7️⃣ Souffle of the day $168
甜品option相對地無咁吸引🤭～要留意反呢度有XXL madeleine但係要2日前order！Souffle即叫即整，上枱時熱辣辣脹卜卜🔥，呢個價錢如果size大反少少就好啦～
