I've visited a couple of times and have always been impressed with their food, and this visit was no exception. Every dish was delicious!The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Central near Lan Kwai Fong. It‘ just 3 minutes walk from Exit D2 Central MTR Station. The entrance is at street level, and a lift takes you up to the restaurant, making it easily accessible for wheelchair users. The venue itself is bright, clean, tidy, and very cozy.The menu has a great variety and changes from time to time. There are many signature dishes, such as Prawn Toast 虾多士, Almond Juice and Pig's Lung Soup 杏汁猪白肺汤, Baked Salted Chicken 盐焗鸡, and many more. You can choose from both an à la carte menu and set menus.Some of the most impressive dishes included:· The Stir-Fried Grouper Fillet 油泡龙趸球: The fish was delicious and cut into large, generous pieces.· The Baked Salted Chicken 盐焗鸡: It was incredibly impressive, with crispy, thin skin and tender, perfectly seasoned meat.· The Bean Curd Sheet Rolls 素鹅: This dish was very colorful, and the taste was wonderful, with the different textures and flavors combining perfectly when chewed.· The Candied Crispy Pomelo Peel 糖脆柚皮: This was a surprising and delightful dish. The outside was crispy and coated in a sweet and sour sauce, while the inside was soft.Every single dish we ordered was excellent. The hot dishes were served piping hot, still steaming. Service was also excellent.The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Note that they charge a corkage fee and a cake-cutting fee of HK$150.
