I've visited a couple of times and have always been impressed with their food, and this visit was no exception. Every dish was delicious!The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Central near Lan Kwai Fong. It‘ just 3 minutes walk from Exit D2 Central MTR Station. The entrance is at street level, and a lift takes you up to the restaurant, making it easily accessible for wheelchair users. The venue itself is bright, clean, tidy, and very cozy.The menu has a great variety and changes from time to time. There are many signature dishes, such as Prawn Toast 虾多士, Almond Juice and Pig's Lung Soup 杏汁猪白肺汤, Baked Salted Chicken 盐焗鸡, and many more. You can choose from both an à la carte menu and set menus.Some of the most impressive dishes included:· The Stir-Fried Grouper Fillet 油泡龙趸球: The fish was delicious and cut into large, generous pieces.· The Baked Salted Chicken 盐焗鸡: It was incredibly impressive, with crispy, thin skin and tender, perfectly seasoned meat.· The Bean Curd Sheet Rolls 素鹅: This dish was very colorful, and the taste was wonderful, with the different textures and flavors combining perfectly when chewed.· The Candied Crispy Pomelo Peel 糖脆柚皮: This was a surprising and delightful dish. The outside was crispy and coated in a sweet and sour sauce, while the inside was soft.Every single dish we ordered was excellent. The hot dishes were served piping hot, still steaming. Service was also excellent.The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Note that they charge a corkage fee and a cake-cutting fee of HK$150. Although it's a clubhouse, a 10% service charge is also added to the bill.Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.查看更多

托同事的鸿福,有幸去香港大学校友会会所餐厅食个晚饭。一直听闻这餐厅成日full Booking,只供香港大学校友与亲友,而且会员制,但都好难book位,尤其在新装修之后。餐厅就在中环兰桂坊的大厦内,中环放工走过去,十分方便。环境不大,但是雅致,餐牌选择多元化,有传统手工菜、摩登中菜及家常小炒。三色素熏鹅,上枱有玻璃盖著,取走玻璃盖,看到烟慢慢飘出来,一阵烟熏香味。凉拌绣球菌 ,爽口又清新,卖相精致。麻香凤尾虾多士有6件,手打的虾胶炸得金黄,多士香脆可口,原只虾肉新鲜弹牙!太极鸳鸯羹,白色是豆腐作底,绿色则是菠菜作底。汤羹做得绵滑,食到粒粒海鲜,口感丰富,可供6位用,我一人都食了两碗。招牌脆皮盐焗鸡,难怪是招牌,卖相犹如脆皮炸子鸡,真的是皮薄肉嫩但又不失盐焗香!麻香脆皮牛腩(伴咖喱酱)牛腩肉质细嫩,以脆皮包裹,蘸上咖喱酱,香口又邪恶。原个羊肚菌蔬菜炒南瓜 ,用上几种不同的菇去炒,炒得干身,加入了榛果仁,更添口感。泡沫蛋白杏仁茶配果仁挞 ,最后来了个法式情调的甜品,带点中又带点西式,果仁挞和杏仁茶又完美的配合。整体用餐是有惊喜,以为只是普通中菜,但是这里的中菜卖相十分精致,味道好之余,摆盘亦花过心思。最难得的是价钱仍很亲民,长期full Booking是有原因的。席间见到年轻的大厨出来和食客寒暄,感觉餐厅是很有heart的。真希望下次有机会还可以再来。查看更多

中环闹市中某栋大厦一楼,藏著一处味觉秘境,会员制的香港大学校友会餐厅,推开大门便隔绝了德己立街的车马喧嚣。幸好有位朋友是校友会会员,可以有机会一试厨师的手艺。三色熏素鹅腐皮将素馅卷成三种层次,烟熏香如薄雾笼罩。咬开时腐皮簌簌碎裂,露出菌菇与蔬菜的内馅,是素斋与熏艺的完美结合。凉拌绣球菌雪白菌体如珊瑚丛生,毛豆散落其间。醋汁调得轻淡,恰好衬托绣球菌独特的脆嫩质地,清新如初夏微风。麻香凤尾虾多士开背凤尾虾如扇展开,尾部保持嫣红弧度。薄浆炸成金黄蛛网,底下多士烘得焦香。酱汁点到即止,保留虾肉清甜。太极鸳鸯羹白瓷碗中浮现太极图案,豆腐羹温润如白玉,菠菜羹翠绿似翡翠。汤匙探底舀起鱼肚与海鲜,是视觉与味觉的双重享受。招牌脆皮盐焗鸡鸡皮如琥珀薄片透光,盐焗香气内敛沉稳。撕开时肉汁沿著纹理流淌,咸香恰到好处地渗入每丝肌理,连胸肉都保持著溏心般的嫩度。麻香脆皮牛腩打破对牛腩的既定想像,外层炸衣薄如蝉翼,咬下时发出清脆声响,内里牛腩仍保持柔嫩,麻香咖哩汁在唇齿间流转,是传统与创意的精彩碰撞。原个羊肚菌蔬菜炒南瓜羊肚菌饱吸酱汁,咬下时在齿间迸发鲜醇。鸡髀菇与红萝卜切作均匀块状,夏威夷果仁的脆香点亮整道菜肴的层次。泡沫杏仁茶配果仁挞现打蛋白泡沫轻覆在杏仁茶上,如雪落南国。杏仁茶温润少甜,佐以酥脆果仁挞,为这场私密飨宴画下圆满句点。没有网红的打卡,但这里有时光淬炼出的手艺,在低调的空间里静待知味之人。#会员制 #隐世粤菜 #港岛私房味 #太极鸳鸯羹 #麻香牛腩 #香港大学校友会查看更多

朋友生日拣左去「香港大学校友会」食饭庆祝,餐厅行会员制,闲日都差唔多full house,不过呢度相对易book,无某d 旧友会咁串同难book前菜三色熏素鹅以3款素菜作馅料再包上腐皮,每一啖口腔都充斥住烟熏既香味麻香凤尾虾多士以圆形呈献细细旧既虾多士,无平时个d大大件咁腻,蘸埋个他他酱更加好食汤金银杏汁炖白肺汤奶白色既猪肺汤,杏汁浓度恰到好处,如果有多几旧猪肺食下就更好了主菜冰梅京烧骨味道酸酸甜甜,仲有火龙果粒同橙皮作点缀金沙麦皮黄金虾啖啖肉既黄金虾,蛋黄本身惹味得黎都较腻,加埋麦皮感觉更加腻椒盐鲜鱿鲜鱿新鲜弹牙,脆浆唔厚又松脆,香口惹味蒜片烧汁安格斯封门柳粒牛柳粒嫩腍,仲有杏鲍菇条,配埋蒜片,不错脆皮炸子鸡(半只)个皮真系又薄又脆,鸡肉嫩滑,味道亦都岩岩好蔬菜姜汁芥兰啫啫唐生菜面桂花炒新竹米粉米粉炒得好干身,桂花其实系蛋碎,仲食到咸蛋黄味,上面仲有d金华火腿丝甜品寿桃姜汁枣皇糕姜汁味好浓,口感非常烟韧,甜度亦都岩岩好环境舒适,冷气好够,食物亦都有质素,服务亦都唔错,价钱我觉得好抵食,最重要系呢度book位唔洗受气,食得开心☺️查看更多

最近和朋友相约吃中菜聚会,刚巧朋友是香港大学校友,幸运地由他预约校友会的中菜厅,一尝这间预约困难店!餐厅环境雅致,当日全场满座,服务贴心到位,食物更是色香味俱全!三色熏素鹅腐皮包裹著三种颜色的素菜,绿橙啡的组合很鲜艳。以玻璃罩著上桌,打开烟熏香气扑鼻!素鹅外皮酥脆,口感口足!凉拌绣球菌卖相精美,犹如绣毬花般美丽。加上不同颜色的食用花及毛豆,视觉上己经很满足!绣球菌很爽口,醋香为菜式带来清新的感觉!麻香凤尾虾多士多士炸得香脆,丝毫没有油腻感,虾肉爽弹,金黄外表令人食欲大增!太极鸳鸯羹白绿汤羹流转成太极图案呈现,豆腐羹和蔬菜羹的配搭好夹,汤羹细滑,内有海鲜粒为口感提升不少。招牌脆皮盐焗鸡鸡皮相当薄脆,肉质嫩滑多汁。麻香脆皮牛腩脆皮外层包裹住牛腩,牛腩好软嫩。沾麻香咖哩汁一同,够哂惹味!原个羊肚菌蔬菜炒南瓜羊肚菌饱满,咬开啖啖浓郁菌汁。蔬菜同南瓜抄香,更加入夏威夷果仁,口感十足!泡沫杏仁茶配果仁挞现打泡沫如云朵飘浮,卖相非常吸引!杏仁茶温润回甘。挞壳盛著烘烤果仁,酥脆可口。查看更多
