SC Cuisine is a rather new homemade dim sum restaurant and is always packed with customers. As a yumcha fan, I gotta give it a try!The chef has previously worked in Tokyo Furama serving celebrities, several Michelin star restaurants in HK and supervised the kitchen of a couple restaurant chains.All dim sums were freshly made. What we had:Steamed Dishes•Har Gau Prawn Dumpling - Chewy wrapper, crunchy shrimps•Siu Mai Pork Dumpling with Mushroom - Finely minced pork with a good amount of fat•Chicke

All dim sums were freshly made. What we had:
Steamed Dishes
•Har Gau Prawn Dumpling - Chewy wrapper, crunchy shrimps
•Siu Mai Pork Dumpling with Mushroom - Finely minced pork with a good amount of fat
•Chicken Feet in Special Sauce - Very soft and tender
•Barbecued Pork Bun - The bun had a more chewy texture and didn't get soaked easily
Fried Dishes
•Shrimp Spring Roll - Huge stick with tons of shrimps
•Sesame Ball - Coated in aromatic sesame which developed more roasted notes after being deep-fried
Before we realized we'd already ordered too much. Would love to order the beef balls and steamed rice rolls next time!
