最後點了爆盛慢燒牛肉丼,餐廳用有名的日本蘭王蛋,它一向有貴族蛋的名號,跟其他日本雞蛋不同,其蛋黃呈橙色,色彩亮麗,有明艷的橙紅色,蛋香非常濃郁,用蛋漿拌飯可中和燒牛肉的油膩感,整個丼飯都很惹味,不論牛肉和飯的份量都很足夠,我和朋友都吃得十分滿足☺️

九龍城渡邊屋之前主打外賣為主,而家重新裝修改格後,可以有埋堂食,更加舒服方便。好多時令日本飛機貨,食過後都覺得好新鮮。伊勢龍蝦刺身賣相夠睇頭份料厚切好大片,味道鮮甜,肉質鮮嫩,入口即化,龍蝦的質感豐潤,口感滑嫩,右邊為火灸龍蝦頭蝦膏!質感濃厚又夠香。質數相當高!三文魚腩壽司肉質細緻,帶有淡淡的脂肪味道。壽司飯軟糯,與三文魚腩完美結合,口感豐富,還叫了其他三文魚款式配搭,都相當突出!松葉蟹腳壽司肉質鮮嫩,帶有陣陣蟹香,吃起來鮮甜!吞拿魚丼飯吞拿魚肉質鮮嫩,魚蓉口感豐富!topping有蘭王生雞蛋,質感綿密,與吞拿魚完美結合,丼飯香氣四溢,令人垂涎欲滴。
