位於九龍城既渡邊屋,真係食野既穩陣之選😌。北海道紫海膽鮮味濃郁,啖啖都好似食緊海洋嘅精華,加埋三文魚籽嘅鹹香,層次分明。赤身刺身切得夠厚,魚味突出;海膽魷魚刺身就係軟滑同彈牙之間做到平衡。味辛黑梅螺係有驚喜,梅香滲出嚟唔嗆鼻,反而好開胃😋。炙燒芥未熔岩鮭魚卷真係邪惡,芥未香唔會搶晒戲,同鮭魚油脂互相襯托。最後極級霜燒壽司盛盒,魚生唔止靚,每款壽司嘅調味都細緻,唔會over👍。整體唔浮誇但有誠意,配料新鮮,擺盤靚,值得同朋友同屋企人聚同✨。 continue reading

尖沙咀最近新開的渡邊屋是九龍城人氣日本料理店的分店,主打各款新鮮壽司及海鮮。餐廳只有數張枱,環境乾淨舒服,建議提前訂位以免撲空。食物整體感覺新鮮、用料實在。海葡萄天婦羅 $88選用了本地海葡萄,用輕薄的天婦羅粉炸至酥脆,咬下仍保持海葡萄的輕微爆汁感。油溫控制得宜,不覺油膩。時令活蠔配海葡萄極級霜燒壽司盛盒 $138/隻點了兩隻日本令和怪物生蠔,確實夠大隻、厚肉,蠔味濃郁但不腥,配上海葡萄增添一點清新海洋味,及加上酸汁蘿蔔蓉青檸及食用花,更提鮮。極級霜燒壽司盛盒 $278盛盒內容豐富,包括三文魚、左口魚、原條海鰻、帶子、大拖羅、和牛、牡丹蝦及玉子壽司。大部分壽司經炙燒,魚油香氣更加明顯,口感柔滑。特別喜歡原條海鰻壽司,燒得微焦但保持肉質鬆軟,醬汁甘甜平衡得宜。北海道帶子卷配馬糞海膽 $88帶子鮮甜,而馬糞海膽味道鮮甜濃郁,一口咬下去和青瓜米飯味道平衡。北海道原隻活紫海膽 $188海膽仍放在完整殼內,加上三文魚子金箔及食用花點綴,觀感十分吸引。海膽味道鮮美,質感細滑,沒有任何腥味,雖然價錢稍高但有驚喜。 continue reading
