今次自己一個食lunch,叫咗個一人set裏面都幾多嘢食,我就係鍾意日本餐廳每樣都細細碟,但係又有好多款,可以試多啲!前菜係蔬菜配鯷魚醬,裏面有沙甸魚、多蠢魚,鹹鹹地,配上青瓜蘿蔔嘅清新,好夾另外幾鍾意佢嘅刺身,好新鮮,帶子又大大粒,不過最特別係味噌蒜頭🧄,冇諗過可以就咁食,佢冇生蒜頭嗰種強勁嘅味道,但係蒜頭嘅咬口,味噌的味道,好好食本身佢個餐係配羊架,不過我唔食羊肉,所以換咗西京燒銀鱈魚,第一次食呢個煮法嘅銀鱈魚,魚質好滑,啲汁甜甜地,好夾,對我嚟講都有驚喜,好鍾意松葉蟹味噌甲羅燒,龍肉蟹膏味噌味,配上梳打餅和青瓜,即刻濃味和淡味中和了,完美配搭蜂蜜柚子梳打

早幾日放假去咗銅鑼灣嘅磯野水產食lunch,呢度係日式磯燒海鮮專門店🐟食材新鮮,以磯燒保持海鮮原味,而且仲有好多選擇。同朋友唔想煩,就點咗一個磯燒海鮮盛合2人前!已經有時令鮮魚,鮑魚,松葉蟹腳,帆立貝等等🦀先嚟前菜,清甜嘅蔬菜條配沙甸魚醬,夾埋一齊食,味道濃郁又清新,分別有雪梨,紅蘿蔔同青瓜🥒好爽口。之後就係粒貝刺身,味道爽口清甜,帶有淡淡海水味。其中一隻鮑魚做成冷盤,磯煮嘅做法特別清甜☺️之後就開始食熱盤啦!燒赤蝦同松葉蟹腳燒緊嘅時候已經聞到好香🤤胃口大開,蝦肉都幾厚身,食落同樣香味十足。松葉蟹腳則又甜又鮮🦀之後就到鹽燒喜之次,賣相好靚🐟魚皮香脆,肉質好滑,而喜之次本身有濃厚魚油,可以點埋帶微酸嘅醬汁,咁食得多都唔會覺得膩。浜燒鮑魚同磯燒有截然不同嘅感覺,浜燒更能食到鮑魚鮮味👍🏻最後係兩隻帆立貝喇,第一隻清淡啲,用清酒煮,甜甜地,另一隻就用黑松露調味,味道濃郁啲,各有特色!

之後就到鹽燒喜之次,賣相好靚🐟魚皮香脆,肉質好滑,而喜之次本身有濃厚魚油,可以點埋帶微酸嘅醬汁,咁食得多都唔會覺得膩。
浜燒鮑魚同磯燒有截然不同嘅感覺,浜燒更能食到鮑魚鮮味👍🏻
最後係兩隻帆立貝喇,第一隻清淡啲,用清酒煮,甜甜地,另一隻就用黑松露調味,味道濃郁啲,各有特色!
