無無聊聊嘅星期六,又係自私食嘅好時機想食好味嘅日本嘢,去咗澳門逸園中心的19樓既磯野水產。我12:00佢哋啱啱開舖就去到,所以係餐廳當日嘅第一台客。餐廳大大嘅玻璃窗投入溫暖嘅陽光,加上充滿日式風情嘅裝修,令人感覺舒適自在。我叫咗個磯野昼食c 餐($538)。另外叫咗個巨蜂乳酸梳打($42)。職員喺我落單之前已經奉上免費嘅迎賓餐前菜比我,餐前菜係提魚醬配蔬菜條。提魚醬配蔬菜條:提魚醬主要係由沙甸魚多春魚同埋牛奶整成,好有鮮味同鹹香味喎!配搭清新嘅青瓜條沙角條同埋紅蘿蔔條,中和返番個鹹味,味道就啱啱好喇!火炙三色沙律:火炙過嘅三文魚,左口魚同埋吞拿魚配埋新鮮嘅車厘茄同沙律菜,加上開胃嘅香醋,感覺清新。先付四點:四點包括醬漬牛蒡及蕎頭,再加上油甘魚刺身及吞拿魚刺身. 牛蒡同蕎頭都好幼嫩,經過醃製之後味道令人好開胃。而兩款刺身都非常新鮮。海鮮蒸蛋:三文魚及吞拿魚同雞蛋一齊蒸熟,雞蛋吸收咗海鮮嘅精華。最後灑上脆口蟹籽同蒸蛋一齊食,增加咗口感層次。浜燒蘇格蘭蟶子:蟶子爽脆鮮味,火候控制得啱啱好。浜燒北海道帆立貝:帆立貝好大隻,一啲都唔un, 中心位置好軟熟。鍾意佢連埋個膶,味道好濃郁。記得唔好嘥飲

呢一餐各款菜式嘅質素都非常好,食完足以令我心情好足一整日~

另外,餐廳依家午市磯野昼定食a-d餐做緊九折。正價餐牌午市更加做緊七折,真係幾優惠。
