這天和朋友到了銅鑼灣的這間日式餐廳,因為朋友很喜歡海鮮。這裡很有日式居酒屋的感覺!磯野活魚海鮮盛合很吸引!決定一試!鰛魚醬沙拉,裡面有蘿蔔、甘筍、青瓜條,非常清爽可口!而醬汁是由多春魚、沙甸魚和牛油蒜蓉製成。盛合一來到首先是相機先吃,份量真的很多。赤蝦(2隻),刺身/磯燒,多種烹飪方式帶來不同的口感和味道。鮑魚(2隻),磯煮/磯燒,磯煮使醬汁完全滲入,非常入味呀,而磯燒則帶有濃厚的鹹香!響螺(1隻),口感非常豐富,再加上醬油一起食用真是美味。品嚐刺身外,那裡還有專人現場燒烤。季節時令鮮魚(1條),當晚是伊佐木,刺身擺盤得非常漂亮。吃完刺身後,剩下的部分還煲成昆布蜆湯,清甜中帶有魚的鮮味。松葉蟹腳(1份),很鮮嫩的肉質,而且已經剪好,吃起來非常方便。帆立貝(2隻),清酒/黑松露燒,兩款各有特色,清酒突顯出帆立貝的鮮味,而黑松露燒則讓味道更加濃郁。總括而言,這個磯野活魚海鮮盛合每道菜的上菜方式很像omakase,不過下次還是要另外點一點烏冬/飯會比較好。
