鮑魚:磯野水產以兩種方式呈現鮑魚,一隻是磯煮,另一隻是磯燒。磯煮的鮑魚肉質軟嫩,口感細緻,帶有濃郁的鮮甜味道;而磯燒的鮑魚則有些微焦香,肉質更加彈牙,愛不釋手。

赤蝦有鮮明的紅色外殼,肉質鮮甜彈牙。作為刺身,鮮美味道會在口中爆發,帶來滿滿的海洋風味。而磯燒的赤蝦則散發出微微的煙燻香氣,讓味道更加豐富!
