最近商場開了一間浙菜名店。餐廳請來了米芝蓮名廚俞斌及其團隊主理一系列香港限定及新浙菜。於是試一試,先推介幾度手工菜。前菜選擇了西湖藕韻,蓮藕中心讓有軟腍的糯米,配上桂花醬,脆口香甜,醒胃。麵食則選擇了有杭州風味的片兒川,其湯鹹鮮,用上了雪菜、筍、瘦肉熬製。重頭戲當然選擇了餐廳名物龍井烤雞,雞味帶有龍井的芬香,外皮金黃。內裏肉質豐腴,原因是用上足料的龍井煙燻,味道層次豐富。如果喜歡嘗鮮的話,堂烹小雜魚亦是不錯的選擇。一鍋有紅衫魚、䱽魚、九肚魚等,配合鹹中帶甜的醬汁,送飯一流。浙菜還有很多博大精深的技巧和名菜,留待大家跟我一同發掘。

餐廳喺希慎廣場 12 樓 ,位置都算唔難搵

 

一入到去,就比佢嘅裝修吸引住。

古典嘅裝修風格,好似一秒穿越返古代咁。

店員仲著住古裝招呼客人,加上餐廳入面有古箏擺設,

充滿雅趣,感覺好特別。

我哋坐低之後,就開始點餐。睇到餐牌,

主打新派浙菜,種類都算豐富。

我哋點咗幾樣招牌菜,再加咗壺九曲紅梅。

 

先講下呢個九曲紅梅,呢個茶真係好正。

一沖開,陣陣茶香撲鼻而來,入口清甜,

茶味醇厚,飲落好舒服,好適合搭配住啲菜一齊享用。

蕭山蘿蔔乾炒飯都令人好驚喜。

蘿蔔乾好夠味,炒飯粒粒分明,

每粒米飯都吸收咗蘿蔔乾嘅香味,

烤雞皮脆肉嫩,雞肉好 juicy,

咬落仲有龍井嘅清香滲透出嚟,好特別嘅味道。

而且雞嘅大小剛剛好,
