一踏入餐廳,各款70、80年代的舊有特色立即呈現眼前,可以見到牆上掛滿年代感滿滿的舊海報、灰綠色紙皮石地磚、舊電視等裝飾,配上正在播放的懷舊金曲,感覺仿如回到過去!

我們試了椒鹽豬扒煎蛋豬油撈飯﹑XO醬牛柳粒豬油撈飯 $72﹑香蔥滑蛋叉燒粒豬油撈飯,3個飯都除了有味道一流的主菜之外,還有附上極邪惡的豬油渣😈豬油及豉油可以分開上,可以按自己喜歡的份量加進飯中,整體感覺吃得出超香豬油味,朋友食到好滿意😋而飯後甜品我們叫了🍌懷舊香蕉船 $44,想不到這裡可以點有童年回憶的甜品,懷舊香蕉船集合了香蕉﹑雪糕﹑忌廉﹑朱古力威化餅﹑朱古力脆脆﹑朱古力彩針,非常滋味 ! 😋飲品方面都是一般茶餐廳都可以點到的,我就不特別介紹了


餐廳每日更有新鮮出爐的蛋撻,而且還有生炸雞髀煎雙蛋飯聽其他客人說都不錯,手掌大的雞髀,即叫即炸,下次經過尖沙嘴會再來試一下

生炸雞髀雙蛋飯的雞髀顯然不是現炸的,端上桌時雖然還是溫暖,但那種預製加熱的感覺卻讓人失望不已。相比起真正生炸的雞髀,它缺乏了應有的Juicy和香脆口感,讓人一口咬下去竟然感覺不到那種美味的層次感。作為餐廳的招牌菜,這樣的呈現實在是無法令人滿意,簡直讓人覺得失去了期待。另外,椒鹽豬扒煎蛋豬油撈飯,個椒鹽碎卻有嚴重的油益味,不知放咗幾耐,嗰浸益味嚴重破壞了整碗飯的味道,讓人無法集中注意力享用這道本應簡單卻又美味的料理。整體來看,這次用餐的體驗真的讓我感到相當失望,沒有那種想要再回訪的衝動,未來不會再光顧這家餐廳了。

另外一樣細個成日叫,但係而家香港好少見嘅,就係經典懷舊飲品菠蘿冰,呢度都算好大杯,見到個顏色就覺得啲回憶返晒嚟,好彩味道唔會太甜,正正正!

有得同朋友係呢個環境一齊享受呢d經典懷舊菜,真係好開心,真係卡都打左唔少!

今日有需要去尖沙咀,因為約了朋友。唔知點解個friend 好想食港式茶餐廳,便在廣東道行來行去,結果行到這間冰室。本來想試瑞士汁雞翼,但見到個生炸雞脾,又好似是主打時,便想試下。生炸一定熱氣的,個賣相都不錯,味道ok,可以在入味方面加一點功夫。而奶茶是不錯的茶味。今次彩蛋是。。。一講到冰室,大家都會想起去食下午茶,食西多士,飲冷奶茶。可惜的是香港本土的懷舊冰室已經買小見小,有人說現在衹有20間餘下了。可能再過一段時間,要找真正的港式冰室,便要去溫哥華或多倫多找了,因為他們上一代移民時,他們同時帶正宗的味道去了。

下午行經保頓冰室,見裝潢懷舊,便進去坐坐。坐下要了一份蛋撻茶餐,服務員非常勤快有禮。蛋撻是曲奇餅底,雖然蛋味一般,但端上桌也是有溫度的,但茶餐才$32,是沒得說的。不過熱駌鴦就出奇地深色,而且味道極為苦澀。因為太不堪入口,走人算數一。埋單時告訴掌櫃一聲,可能他在投入唱歌中,敷衍說了句,“可能咖啡落得太多定奶放得唔夠”!
