最近在Maek Jeok享用了一頓精緻的韓式燒烤晚餐,全程有員工幫忙燒烤,讓我們可以專注於品嚐美食,體驗非常舒心。以下是我對這次用餐的詳細感受:1. 韓國前菜一開始上桌的是五款韓國小菜(Banchan),包括經典的辣白菜(Kimchi)、涼拌菠菜、醃製豆片、豆角、芽菜和蔬菜沙拉。每款小菜都各有特色,辣白菜酸辣開胃,菠菜清爽帶有芝麻香,豆片醃得入味,豆芽則帶點微辣和蒜香,蔬菜沙拉則清新解膩。這些小菜為整頓飯開了一個好頭,讓人對接下來的菜式充滿期待。2. 韓國醬油蝦同帶子接下來是醬油蝦和帶子,浸泡在濃郁的醬油湯汁中,上面點綴了蒜片、蔥花和紅椒絲。蝦肉鮮嫩彈牙,帶子入口即化,醬油的鹹香帶有微微甜味,與海鮮的鮮味完美融合。這道菜的湯汁非常下飯,令人回味無窮。3. 荔枝梳打搭配餐點的荔枝梳打非常清新,飲品中加入了荔枝果肉和薄荷葉,入口帶有荔枝的甜香,氣泡感十足,清涼解膩,為燒烤的油膩感中和了不少,是一款很適合搭配燒烤的飲料。4. 長切牛舌長切牛舌的賣相很吸引人,牛舌切得薄而均勻,上面撒了香草點綴,旁邊還有一片檸檬增添清新感。員工幫我們燒烤時控制得恰到好處,牛舌烤得外層微焦,內裡仍保持嫩滑,口感彈牙且充滿牛肉香,擠一點檸檬汁後更加爽口。5. 鰻魚+原條牛肋骨這道菜是整晚的高光之一!鰻魚切片後搭配醬汁,入口軟嫩且帶有濃郁的醬香,旁邊還有紅椒絲和香菜提味,配上一片檸檬,酸香與鰻魚的甜味相得益彰。原條牛肋骨則是另一個驚喜,肉質肥瘦適中,烤得外焦內嫩,油脂在燒烤過程中慢慢滲出,肉香四溢。旁邊還有新鮮沙拉、香菇和各式醬料,讓整道菜更加豐富。6. 韓式蒸蛋韓式蒸蛋(Gyeran-jjim)端上桌時熱氣騰騰,表面撒了蔥花、紅椒絲和魚籽,賣相很誘人。蒸蛋口感滑嫩如布丁,蛋香濃郁,搭配魚籽的鮮味和蔥花的清香,簡單卻令人滿足,是燒烤間隙的一道溫暖小品。7. 牛尾湯牛尾湯清澈卻充滿深度,湯裡有牛尾肉、蔥段和青菜,湯底濃郁卻不膩,帶有牛骨熬製的鮮甜。牛尾肉燉得軟嫩入味,入口即化,湯汁溫潤暖胃,非常適合搭配燒烤的濃烈風味。8. 鵝肝飯(有飯焦)這碗鵝肝飯讓我印象深刻!飯底有香脆的飯焦,上面鋪著烤得外酥內嫩的鵝肝,撒上蔥花和芝麻,淋上少許醬汁。鵝肝入口即化,濃郁的油脂香氣與飯焦的脆口形成強烈對比,米飯吸收了醬汁的鹹香,每一口都充滿層次感,絕對是整餐的一大亮點。9. 甜品:布丁甜品是經典的焦糖布丁,表面焦糖層烤得金黃,布丁本身滑嫩濃郁,入口即化,甜度適中,搭配旁邊的香菜點綴,增添了一絲清新感,為整頓飯畫上完美的句號。10. 帳單這頓飯的總額是$1952.50,包括了De Luxe Dry-Aged Selection、牛肋骨、鵝肝飯等高質菜式,還有荔枝梳打和服務費。雖然價格不低,但考慮到食材的品質、全程有員工幫忙燒烤的貼心服務,以及整體用餐體驗,還是物有所值的。總結這次在Maek Jeok的用餐體驗非常愉快,從前菜到甜品,每一道菜都展現了韓式料理的精緻和用心。全程有員工幫忙燒烤的服務讓我們可以輕鬆享受美食,無需自己動手,特別適合想專注於品嚐和交流的用餐場合。無論是牛肋骨的濃郁肉香,還是鵝肝飯的驚艷口感,都讓人回味無窮。如果你想體驗高質的韓式燒烤,Maek Jeok絕對是一個值得一試的選擇!查看更多

If you’re searching for a delicious, high-quality Korean barbecue experience that doesn’t break the bank, “Maek Jeok” delivers— every day! My husband and I stopped by for lunch and tried two sets: the $258 Supreme Meat Platter with six grilled items, and the $208 Solo Grilled Set featuring three selections. Each came with a rich soybean paste soup, steamed rice topped with seaweed, a drink, and unlimited appetizers we couldn’t stop snacking on.Though the restaurant was packed during lunch hour, the atmosphere remained relaxed and welcoming. Thankfully, we had reserved a table for 1:30pm and can stay till 4:00pm.Special thanks to Connie, our waitress, who walked us through the menu with patience and spot-on recommendations. The staff were young, and impressively professional, great service from start to finish.“We showed up hungry and curious… and left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.”And yes, we’ll definitely be back to try their dry-aged meat.
