We had the omakase sun and moon set, each came with its own surprises 😋Some of my favorites include:🔹Oyster - different from French oysters, Japanese oyster tastes different, straight from Hokaido and can taste the flavors of the sea🔹 Uni with snapper - Super igable dish with the bubble on top, I have only seen such a presentation on cocktails but am very impressed when seeing it with uni🔹 Big eye fish - love how it’s burnt, looks really appealing to the eyes and is yummy as well🔹 Seaweed with t

🔹 Seaweed with two different coloured toro - love the combination here, melts when I put them into my mouth
For sashimi, altogether nine types were served, plus a uni roll at the end 😋
And oh boy the uni roll is generous and scrumptious!! We didn’t only get a small amount but both our uni rolls were pull and we saw the master take out two rolls to put on each 😝
