WEEHEE! Finally have chance to try @masterbeef.hk! It is one of the most difficult hotpot restaurants in town! 🤭🤭Master Beef is very famous in Taiwan. Most of the people must have heard of it and tried it when you travel to there. We went to this restaurant on weekdays and it has a long queue during dinner time.
We have ordered the most expensive hotpot set which included high quality of beef cuts. This restaurant is 120 mins all-you-can-eat and you can scan the QR code when you are ready to order. For veggie and drinks, there is a session at the end of the restaurant. They provided an empty bowl for you to get veggie. For drinks, it had a large variety of tea in their own bottle, like oolong tea/ jasmine tea etc. 🧋
So for the hotpot soup base, we ordered beef bone in Taiwanese style. It was sooo good. I even drank a bit of soup before we started to eat. For the meat, m5 wagyu beef, US prime meat, lamb etc. All of the meat was tender and we dipped it with spicy soy sauce. Super tasty! Also, we ordered some famous Taiwanese food like duck blood, dumplings and seafood. At last, you could even pick Taiwanese dessert or Mövenpick ice cream. 🍧
Would love to visit this restaurant again!!
