Grilled Prawns with Salmon Roe Lobster Sauce Linguine - $158
The lobster sauce wasn't very intense in flavor, it was more on the subtle side, but the linguine was perfectly al dente. We asked the waitress to add a bit of salt, and it was just right! The prawns were grilled to a fragrant tenderness, and the savory taste of the salmon roe was delicious!
