I used OpenRice to order take away for dinner. When I ordered, it stated that the restaurant pick up time was until 9:30pm. So I believed the restaurant opened until 9:30pm, and ordered ~8:30pm.I walked to the restaurant after paying online. When I arrived there around the expected pick-up time(~9:00pm), the restaurant staff told me that they’re closed! And said they didn’t accept the order! Asked me to cancel the order myself! 😡If you are closed, why it is still available to order takeaway? 😡I

If you are closed, why it is still available to order takeaway? 😡I submitted my order around 8:30, and I waited until 9:00. During this period of time, no one called me and inform that they’re closing!! Doesn’t make sense at all! The attitude of the staff was also impolite!
諗住用OpenRice 叫定外賣自取，見到餐廳取餐時間去到9:30pm，好耐冇食過印尼菜，好開心咁快快手落單，揀埋”盡快取餐”。
俾完錢後行過去，到差唔多預計取餐時間到達餐廳，餐廳職員竟然話佢哋要關門！跟住話佢冇接受訂單！叫我自己取消訂單！😡
既然你係關門，點解仲要接受外賣？而且我落單都係8:00幾，我等到9:00幾一個電話都冇通知餐廳要關門！根本唔make sense! 當然職員態度亦唔好！講到好似係我問題！😡
