Pizzas from The Pizza Project never fail me, and I love both their creative or traditional topping, like their signature Carbonara, or Margarita. But this time, I saw the post of IG @fabkonggirl about the collaboration with Wow Charsiu which I was really curious if that's gonna work, and here comes this visit. 🤩---𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘂 $220▪️𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒇 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒆 The creamy tender beef tartare topped with buffalo cheese and served with the pizza pie crust. The creamy tender beef tartare topped with buffalo cheese and served with the pizza pie crust. But I personally prefer the Pici's version of beef tartare which is more citric, cause the cheese couldn't bring out the flavor from the beef.

The pizza was well covered with cubes of Char Siu, which were tender and juicy, along with spring onions and the eye-catching fried duck egg with crispy edge. The smoke mozzarella blended the Charsiu and pillowy pizza dough together so well, while dipping the pizza into Wow Charsiu's signature chili sauce elevated the whole experience to another mind-blowing level.

Us usual, their Tiramisu is rich, silky and delicately sweeten with the depth of espresso and cocoa aroma.
