I started being a patron here way before they receive 1-Star Michelin. And over the years, they still manage to maintain the consistency. Ordered quite number of their signature dishes. Shredded mandarin fish (must ordered), smoke fish, smoke chicken and cured ham bun. Also ordered crab stir fried w rice cake, fried bean curb sheets, marinated pigeon in Shaoxing wine, tofu skin w preserved vegetables and deep fried fermented tofu.All turned out as expected in terms of flavor.
