Have been on my bucket list for so long. Recall there used to be a restaurant with the same name in LKF back in my student days. LOVED the pizza there. Often wondered if it’s the same one. Arrived at 1:30. Restaurant was nearly full. $488 pp for the Weekend semi-buffet brunch (main courses not included).Sat near the oven. Hilight of the lunch: pizzas made-to-order: went for the Italian Sausage and 4 cheese. Expectations were high, given all the restaurant’s accolades. And we LOVED them: tender, light, and moist at the same time with perfectly charred crust. The style of the pizzas was different from the ones served by the Baci in the olden days- those had very light, thin and crispy crusts.
Stuffed ourselves with appetizers so no room for main courses.
Dessert was a bit of a disappointment tho- didn’t like the Lemon tart and berry cheesecake- esp the pastry. Uninspiring (vanilla/choc) IceCream choices. Tiramisu was good. Never a fan of cut Fruits left out in the open, so didn’t try those. Wanted a latte but only black coffee was available.
In summary: will come back during a weekday for just the pizza.
