📺 Previously, I saw someone recommend this Taiwanese restaurant on a popular YouTube channel. After watching the video, I've been eager to try it, and today I finally had the opportunity! Fortunately, I came immediately after work, as the restaurant was already filled with customers shortly after I was seated. I was surprised to see so many people dining here on a Thursday evening. Egg Yolk, Prawn, Oyster & Braised Pork Belly Bits with Rice $75
✨ The entire bowl was filled with plump oysters! The portion size was extremely generous, with each oyster being swollen and juicy. There were also three shrimp that had a fantastic, chewy texture. The braised pork had the perfect balance of lean and fatty pieces. When mixed with the egg yolk and poured over the rice, it created a deliciously moist and flavorful dish. It was absolutely delicious!

✨ The omelette skin has a slightly chewy and smoky texture. The pork floss and cheese filling is incredibly delicious. What makes this particular unique is the addition of fresh lettuce inside, which makes it even more enjoyable to eat.
