Went to this long lasting and traditional noodle shop in Yuen long. Greeted with the same decor since 10 years ago and same friendly staff. Ordered the wonton noodles. The noodles arrived hot and served in the tradition way with wonton on the bottom and noodle on top to preserve the firmness of the noodle. are made by them daily and are firm in texture.
