So, we had this marinated soy sauce crab🦀 that was absolutely amazing, with a seasonal special price discount🤑
The sauce was so flavorful and paired perfectly with the sweet crab meat. The deep-fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce was also pretty good! Juicy and sweet but slightly spicy🌶️ We also tried the seafood pancake🦐🐟🐙🦑 which was decent, the staff recommended us to dip the sauce and have a bit more seasoning for better relish.
As a big fan of Korean soup we also ordered The fermented ginseng chicken soup and Soybean Paste Soup w/Beef Brisket.🍲
The chicken soup had a rich broth, and strong ginseng flavour. I cannot really tell the difference of the fermented version with the normal one yet I think they taste equally good. While the soybean paste soup has a REALLY STRONG flavour. Served super hot and I love it.
Both soup were really relatively cheap when compared to those in other Korean restaurants while tasting good!! Strongly recommend✨
Overall, the meal was satisfying and Han Mat offered a good variety of Korean dishes. Wish I can try their barbecue next time🍖
