Took 30 mins for a kaya toast

Disappointing service. I just ordered a kaya toast and teh tarik and it took 30 minutes. Because it was taking so long, I asked the drink to be served in a takeaway cup instead. They even charged extra for that. I told them it was taking so long, the response was “i know”.
