We found a small and friendly restaurant in Tin Hau which served premium oysters imported from all over the world (e.g France, Australia, USA and Japan etc.) and delicate yet creative modern European cuisines. Therefore we ordered one of their signature dishes and it was the oyster tower! We had not sure

Haven't had seafood for awhile! We found a small and friendly restaurant in Tin Hau which served premium oysters imported from all over the world (e.g France, Australia, USA and Japan etc.) and delicate yet creative modern European cuisines.
Therefore we ordered one of their signature dishes and it was the oyster tower! We had not sure which countries have high quality oysters so of course we asked for recommendation LOL
The staff was friendly and she explained well to us.

All of the above oysters tasted fresh but I like Krystale and Tarbouriech Oyster (Pinky) the most!🤤 They were very big in size and I was able to taste a sip of sea water. I also added fresh lemon, ketchup and tabasco with my oyster. For the seafood platter, we have also added 2 portions of scallop and French sea urchin. The scallop tasted sweet while the sea urchin was smooth and creamy. 🤩Also, for starter, we have ordered flavorful mussels soup.🍲 There were quite a lot big mussels inside with a very mild 'ocean' flavor. They should have provide bread as well so I could dip it into the soup! For the main course, we ordered lobster pasta with cream sauce.🦞 It was al dente and delicious!! Next time, I will defo order a glass of wine to relax and enjoy the food!! 🥂
