They must have stolen the time stone

The concept of time doesn't seem to exist here. As I said in the title, it feels like Thanos came and somehow the people at Spiga defeated him without the help of the avengers and stole the time stone. Waited for 40 minutes (20 after booking time), for our table to be "set". See photo below. They were honestly not prepared for this occasion, which is a shame because I previously heard good things about this place. Recommend looking at that front desk staff attitude 🌚
