I doubt the way they cook on this all day breakfast. The whole dish is cold when serve. The bacon and sausage are not pan fried, just like put into a pot and steam for several minutes. The bacon is still in pink color, not with little burnt mark on the edge. The mushroom is cold, the cheese on it is not melt at all, just a cold cheese on it. It looks that it cooked previously, and reheat before serving to customer. The avocado is acceptable since I add it on with surcharge of $25.
