It was boyfriend's birthday and we went to Disneyland to celebrate. After exhausting while, we decided to sit down somewhere and have lunch at Corner Cafe as it seemed to be the least longest line. The menu is in English and Chinese. As it's sponsored by Coke, the menu centered around it and so was some of  the decor.  They only had a set menu that included a stater and main. Dessert was an add on price as well as drinks. We decided to share a set as we were snacking all day. They have a dine in

They have a dine in limit of 80 minutes to keep the lines flowing.

While we were waiting for our food, we were presented with a complimentary cappucino for his birthday! This was a nice surprise! And it was Linabell! Coffee was ok but free is free!

The appetizer we chose was the Seared Shrimp and Steamed Squid Roll with Mango Salsa in Sprite Lime Dressing. It had Coca Cola on the plate that tasted like mashed potato. The most interesting was the squid roll. It was stuffed with shrimp meat. It also said there was mango salsa with lime dressing made from Sprite. I'm really unsure where that was as we didn't see any mango and we didn't taste anything lime or Sprite-like. It was garnished with shredded green bread and a chewy pink rice puff.  All this resembed the bottom of the ocean.

For the main we chose the Corner Cafe Lobster Roll with Sweet Potato Fries and Mild Curry Dressing ($268). The bread was branded with the logo. A pile of soft sweet potato fries were on the side. No ketchup but served with a curry dressing which tasted mostly of mayo. The lobster roll was ok. Not a lot of lobster meat but plenty of lettuce. Some celery and onions were also present. They also added flying fish roe. Wasn't really a lobster roll as there was no butter but we don't expect much here.

We added money for dessert and had the  Shelly May Yuzu Tart ($45). Possibly the best item we ordered. The crust was soggy but it was filled with a nice chocolate ganache. Shelly May was a sponge cake and had a nice sharp taste of yuzu. It was also moist as well. This was good. Unsure why they also garnished the dish with the shredded green bread.

Food was expected to be not that good but it wasn't as terrible as expected. Definitely over priced but then your stuck inside Disneyland.
