It is a huge restaurant and you decided to put me at the end of a hall way with no air condition, how wonderful. After the request of changing table, the staff offered a folding table, great start to the lunch. I can already tell the service is exceptional. 奶皇包 (7/10)
Oh my god. The best奶皇包 so far in Hong Kong. It was runny, the sweetest did not over power the bun, more importantly, the salted egg York blended really well with the filling. It was just perfect!
叉烧包(3/10)The sauce was sweet and the pork was tender, a very standard char siu bun.
烧卖shallots (2/10)It was okay. Look at the presentation, you must be joking.
吓胶 (3/10)The prawn was crunchy, but the wrapper was a little sticky. It could be better.
This is a restaurant suppose to be have class and quality. If not for the奶皇包, I won’t ever have the intention to come back. Though, the奶皇包 is exceptionally!!Give me a thumb up if you like it!
