Had a fabulous Teppanyaki lunch at Minato🤤The set started off with salad, followed by the chawanmushi (Japanese Steamed Egg Custard) - love the soft and silky texture of the egg custard and it was 💯. Then main dishes were served including: King Prawn, Iberico Pork Loin, Assorted Vegetables and Fried Rice. All ingredient was very fresh - the food was incredible and cooked to perfection. I particularly love the 🦐- it was seared to a golden hue, producing a tantalizing caramelization that brings out the natural sweetness. And the show our chef put on was excellent. A bowl of miso soup x dessert (pistachio ice cream) were served at the end.
Great spot for lunch/ dinner would definitely recommend for all occasions!
