This is not collusion nor conspiracy but I echo last commentator's remark.Despite the fact the the Ramen is authentic, I've yet to endure such pain in terms of service standard. Chief waitress is a chubby, big boned women with fluent english command. She was arrogant, and took customer for granted. He arrogant and dictatorship-style communication turned us off even before we eat. Her son's even worse - he is a 10 year-old-ish guy. When he took order, he rudely addressed the customer. I demanded

Her son's even worse - he is a 10 year-old-ish guy. When he took order, he rudely addressed the customer. I demanded apology for his bad service. But no only did her refused, he turned his face away from me. His mother did nothing to intervene.
By the attitude alone, I can foresee Jazz Ramen's downfall in no time.
Fun Fact: Jazz Ramen has a sign, (more than 1, in fact) that wrote:
"No second order allowed" in both Chinese and English.
(Well, how about if customer finishes their first order, pays their bill and come back 5 minutes later for a second order? )
