Dinner organised by the very organised RealFoodie, who purchased all the seafood beforehand from Aberdeen. Everyone decided that dinner should go ahead despite T9.Nice respectable decor. Given a secluded corner table at the back. Apparently the flagship at 三聖 seafood market was named one of the “Top 10 Restaurants in Asia” by the Wall Street Journal in 2008. 陳釀花雕蛋白蒸三種蟹- I tried the steamed egg at the bottom, no taste of alcohol whatsoever. Good that RealFoodie brought along crab opening utensils cos weirdly enough we weren’t given any.
玫瑰露鹽焗瀨尿蝦- everyone took pictures amidst the “ohs” and “ahs”. First time eating 瀨尿蝦 in this fashion. For a reason- very inconvenient. Skewer didn’t help; had to cut open the shell and not easy to get the meat. Someone warned not to get any meat on the salt as it was very salty. Meat was sweet tho.

海蘇鼠翡翠炒球- not bad.
海蘇鼠脆皮骨腩- not bad. Crunchy.
豉椒爆炒黃蟶子
薑蔥瓦撐焗南非大鮑魚- disappointing. Abalone was tender, but sauce was overcooked/burnt with bitter taste.

馬拉盞豚肉啫啫芥蘭- neck of pork- tasty and crunchy.
紅茄鮮竹泡菜苗
荔枝柴煙燻燒鵝皇- pleasant surprise. No smoked flavors but tasted good.

In summary: not particularly impressive. However- dinner went ahead despite T9. Chefs were probably anxious to get away. Special kudos to the servers- who remained friendly and attentive; we didn’t feel rushed to finish our meal. (We did finish our meal at lightning speed tho.)
