A western style restaurant located at Hang Hau Village, what a combination. The name Fika stands for “a slow pace of life to enjoy every moment” in Swedish. It was my first time visiting for dinner. You could also drink here (Restaurant and Bar). The menu is simple to understand. I tried the set dinner for two.
The cracknel was properly done. Crab meat was fresh and sweet. The cracknel was crisply.
The pumpkin soup was such a disappointment. The soup was not well stirred and the texture was not smooth, I also found some granules in the soap.
No problem with the parmaham salad.
The carbonara was not my taste. It tastes a bit sour and I could not find the smell of cream. Nonetheless, texture of spaghetti was well done. It tasted soft outside and a bit tough from within.
The eye roll steak was the only impressive among all. I requested a medium done. A bit crispy on the surface but soft and not chewy inside.
The total price was $799 for two persons.
