Since ordering the Prime beef is unlimited, our main focus of the hotpot night is beef. From the mabling of the beef, you can tell that the beef are of good grading. In beef, fat content is an important feature that results in good eating experience. And for 290 HKD we can order unlimited Prime US beef which is quite costly in retail shops. The white flecks of the beef is somewhere between medium and fine. They are thinly sliced and tasted so good when cooked in the soup bases. The soup bases really eleveated the taste of the food.
The set menu include a wide spread of seafood, meat, vegetables, mushroom, noodles and drinks. The signature Squid ink cuttlefish paste is my favorite followered the Prime beef. When the food delivered, we noticed the meat and everything is so fresh.
Sauce Bar- a great collection of different ingredients and condiments from crushed chilli, minced garlic, coriander, scallions to saseme oil . The dipping sauce is an intergral part of hotpot experience and is best companion of hotpot.
All you can drink station- nothing boozy, but the selections are very decent (Soda, teas, juice).
Both of us agreed that this is a good deal.
