For the main course, we shared the Australian M7 Wagyu tenderloin and the Korean Hanwoo1++ Wagyu ribeye. Both were incredibly tender and juicy, though I preferred the Korean Wagyu for its fattier texture.
We also added the linguine in a 36-month Parmigiano wheel, and it was very creamy with an al dente texture. The cheese wasn’t too strong in flavour, which was to my liking.
We ended the meal with a bite-sized mignardise and a coffee before heading back to work.
