Choy yuen is the best part of choy sum after removing the outermost layer, leaving only the sweetest and most tender stems and young leaves.
Fook Kin Fried Rice $100
Delicate plate with fresh shrimp, dried scallop, abalone, mushroom, chicken and choy sum stem all mixed in a savory sauce. Matched perfectly with the wok hei fried rice and eggs.
I could expect after the COVID restrictions are loosened up, Ser Wong Fun would be packed with tourists again given their location and long history.
