The garlic sustainable tiger prawns ($195) had great bouncy texture and great garlic flavour. We saved the garlic oil as dipping sauce for the other items. 😁The baby squids ($140) were cooked just right. Love the Spanish fried egg on top and the padron peppers at the bottom.The croquettes with Iberico ham ($125) were great. I prefer Iberico ham to wagyu beef in croquettes format.The kale salad ($168) was very good. With a slight lemon juice sprinkled on top, the charred avocados went well with

The clams in the linguine with white wine cream sauce ($195) were very fresh and sweet.
The spaghetti bolognaise ($170) featured Iberico pork rather than beef. The Parmesan enhanced the flavour.
