What I particularly appreciate about Let's Pot is their extensive range of Southeast Asian condiments, including lemongrass, shrimp paste, fish sauce, and even galangal! The mere mention of these flavors had my mouth watering even before the food arrived 🤤

Consider having some slices cooked briefly in the hotpot for a subtle warmth while reserving a portion to be enjoyed raw for a refreshing contrast! The abalone sashimi added a delightful crunch, while the clams and oysters elevated the hotpot's umami, creating a symphony of flavors that lingered on the palate 😋
